The hotel had a great location and was only a 1km walk to the cathedral. The front desk staff were very helpful. Just beware of the airport taxis. It was only a 5-6 min ride, but the price was 16 euros. I asked the front desk about this and they said it’s the standard rate. But if you use Cabify it’s only 5 euros.

The hotel is a bit out of town, but a 5 minute drive from the airport. We had a bit of trouble getting there, but it was worth it. The hotel is clean, new, everything there is top notch. The room was beautiful, modern, elegant, really great! Too bad we couldn't try the breakfast as we were leaving for the airport early in the morning. I will remember this hotel only in good memories and if I come to Santander, I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

A very pleasant stay, the room has everything you need to enjoy your stay comfortably (towels, hairdryer, toothbrush, comb and even razor). It also has parking and is about 30 minutes from the center on foot.

Very good hotel. The location is 40 minutes walk from the airport and 30 minutes walk from the city center. The hotel hardware is very high. Disposable toothbrushes are provided. Kettles and tableware can be obtained from the front desk if needed.

The hotel is of high quality. You can buy a buffet breakfast at the front desk. The front desk can arrange a taxi. The house is clean and close to the hospital, but the beach and bus station are relatively far away. There is a supermarket across the park.

The rooms in this chain hotel are not big, but they are well-equipped. It feels like it has just been renovated. All the facilities are very new. The hotel provides toothbrushes and other items. Parking is convenient.

Our ground floor room faced the street where all the passers by passed by. We had no privacy and we couldn't open the windows. The toilet is in a very small separate room.

衞生有很大的潛在風險。入住兩晚，第一個晚上給的房間（009）有很刺鼻的黴味，開始以為是下水道之類的問題或者就是不通風，結果第一天晚上一晚上臭的睡不好，第二天頭疼乏力，在通風一天以後第二個晚上依然非常嚴重，找了一圈發現有一些地板包括床旁邊的地板長了很多黴斑並且那些區域都發出了惡臭。在網絡查詢後發現在這樣的環境內居住對健康可能有很大的威脅所以找前台要求了一個別的房間入住。在和值班工作人員知會了以後向酒店發送了郵件要求給出書面確認、解釋和客觀的檢測以保證對我們的健康沒有影響等，一個早上過去了酒店也還沒有針對我們的郵件作出回覆。 後續攜程幫忙聯繫的時間酒店居然以“在海邊房間容易發黴，不影響健康”為由敷衍，同時還説之前也有客人入住過那個房間並希望以此説明這是沒問題的。態度非常敷衍而且不重視對客人健康的潛在風險。鑒於房間在入住前都會打掃，我們很懷疑酒店對於這個情況是預先知情的但還是把房間給了我們，如果不是我們覺得事情不對勁可能就這麼過去了。由此有足夠的理由對酒店其他衞生情況提出質疑。需要謹慎考慮。 而且這個酒店的有房間佈局也不是很合理，浴室是淋浴區域透明的而且和卧室區域直接連通，沒有浴室門，淋浴區域裏面也沒有掛衣服放東西的地方，洗完澡外面就很容易積水。 除這些以外體驗其實還可以，早餐很豐富質量也很好，當值工作人員態度也比較積極，所處位置附近有火車站，步行十分鐘也有大超市，離城區其實不是很遠，這些因素下綜合性價比很高。但是鑒於以上衞生問題，需要慎重斟酌。
