Santander Hotels with Airport pickup service

Absolutely loved the location of this hotel, room was extremely clean and bed was so comfortable. Staff made you feel very welcome and happy to answer your questions and help you. My husband is vegan and after the first day, realised there was no vegan hot food at breakfast. I mentioned this to Reception and wow did they sort this out. Next morning, he was asked what he would like and they offered him so many choices. His breakfast personally made by the chef was amazing and delicious. Same thing happened the next morning. He ate like a King. He was delighted when the chef came out of the kitchen both mornings, so he could thank her. Excellent Customer Service !!!!

We were here 3 nights for a wedding. I usually take a liking or disliking to a hotel as soon as I enter. Well, i loved it. Its an old classic yet is super comfortable. The location, the spacious rooms and bathrooms, huge beds, with lovely antiques scattered about. Best thing IS THE VIEW FROM THE ROOMS!!!! Stunnnning!!!!! The terrace where you can have a drink or coffee has beautiful views too. The food is good in the cafe downstairs and I thought the breakfasts were very adequate. Everything correct. If i were to nitpick I’d love coffee NOT from a machine in the breakfast restaurant , but from a pot. Beautiful grounds, free parking and close to most things. Would i stay here again, ABSOLUTELY!!! Loved it.

Fabulous hotel in a great location. Staff were really helpful and welcoming. Nice touches like the Cava at check in and local pastries/ biscuits in the room. We had a double room but only had water/ towels/ biscuits for one person each day…no real problem but not sure why. Lovely pool area too! Would highly recommend.

Although it is at the end of the seaside, the room is comfortable and the parking is convenient, especially the restaurant inside the hotel is very good. Recommended as a family travel hotel!

We were staying three nights in this hotel, we chose it on recommendation of some friends living in Santander and it was a good thing. It is very well located, near the centre walking and next to the train station and buses, and a free parking area and closer to another blue area. The hotel is a 2-star hotel, but it is very clean, (the room was made every day), and with a very pleasant and careful staff. The hotel was very comfortable, the only thing, the low coat for our taste but we asked another in the reception and without problems, they were very friendly and when we returned to the hotel we had the other coat.
