It was an excellent stay, and the staff was always attentive and friendly. Susy at the front desk was especially welcoming and helpful, always greeting us with a smile. Would definitely recommend to everyone coming to Santiago, Dominican Republic and stay here

He venido a Santiago varias ocasiones pero en el Residence Inn encontré una gran opción para hospedarme en un ambiente moderno, bien ubicado, con excelentes habitaciones y un servicio que hace lo mejor por mejorar día a día. Desde la llegada, con Susy y su gran sonrisa y amabilidad, la experiencia ha sido gratificante.

Extraordinaria atención, de primer nivel. Las instalaciones están nuevas y son muy confortables. 100 % recomendado. La atención de Susy en recepción es muy profesional y humana. El desayuno es muy bueno, las habitaciones son muy cómodas, posee buen gimnasio y piscina.

Servicio excelente y atención de primera. Buena comida, es más un autoservicio, pero tiene todas las comodidades. Pedido la hamburguesa. Recomiendo también el chivo con pasta o solo. Todo un deleite. Muchas gracias por su atención………..

Excelente lugar para ir de descanso o de negocios. Las instalaciones y amenidades de primer nivel. Los alimentos y la atención en All Day Restaurant por parte de Albert estuvieron excelentes. Sin duda regresaría en mi siguiente visita a Santiago de los Caballeros, RE

Excelente hotel. Todas las facilidades del hotel estaban muy limpias. El cuarto del hotel estaba muy bueno. El area para comer del hotel era tipo buffet en el desayuno y estaba todo muy limpio y organizado en esa parte del hotel. Excelente servicio

I had an amazing experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect. The beds were the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in – like sleeping on a cloud. The rooms were spotless. And the food? Don’t get me started on the food! The Executive Chef is Haitian. you already know! There was Akra in the menu! 🔥 Chef Jonathan you’re amazing! Absolutely delicious! Every meal was a treat, with a variety of options that left me impressed. The attention to detail and excellent service really stood out. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I can’t wait to go back!

Excelente servicio por parte de todas las personas en el hotel, muy limpio y cómodo, muy bien ubicado , cerca de varios opciones de lugares para ir a cenar, comer y cerca de los principales centros de negocios de la ciudad, la conexión a Internet también es buena
