This hotel is great and the best !!! This is perhaps one of the best stays that I have had at a Marriott Property in years. The service is extraordinary from the front desk, bar, dining area and room service. Hotel is very clean, the pillows are a dream (soft huge feather pillows). Entertainment and other facilities are great. The location is very convenient. The snack bar in the reception area is full of choices. I had dinner by the pool one night and the next day indoors. Breakfast is excellent. Many choices and well prepared and serviced. I left an item behind in my room and found it immediately. They even helped me find a shoe shine person at 8pm one night !! I will always stay at this properly every time I go to Queretaro. Congratulations to all the staff and management team.

We stayed at the Bedford Hotel in April 2022, because it was very close to the Star Moscati Hospital where my husband was scheduled for a medical procedure. It is a clean and sleek little hotel, with easy parking and excellent wifi. The breakfast is great, especially the fresh fruit and coffee. The bed was very comfortable, and everything worked. I was especially impressed because I left my electric toothbrush in the room when we checked out. They notified me, and said I could pick it up the next time I was in Queretaro. We did exactly that two weeks later. Very nice service.

A hotel that vibrates with Japanese influence, does not necessarily transport you to Japan, but what matters is that the quality of the service that is very good, the room we were assigned was a suite that, in my opinion, would have dedicated more space to the room, less space to the kitchenette and living room, since with two beds it felt very tight. Practically the apartment we were assigned was designed for a much longer stay since it even has a washing machine. Cleanliness, without any complaints or comments, impeccable. Sorry for the mess but we wanted to show you that we really occupied the room.

Excellent accommodation option ! The hotel is clean, new, its comfortable rooms, the incredible coats! You should sell them! 😊 The food, both in the restaurant and the Room Services is rich, you are grateful for 24 hours of service! My only recommendation is that when you take food to the hab, you tap them! Only cover the main plate, but drinks or bread, to the open, it is for hygiene ! But it solves! I was working and thank you for the desk you have in the rooms ! I will certainly return, it is in front of Plaza Antea and with the different ways, it reaches everywhere, especially for the remodelling at the Av 5 of February ! Don't let it fall !

Excellent service. I would return there in my next trip. Very wide and clean room. rest very well. The coats don't smell sweat, something very important for me. There was a problem with hot water but they resolved it quickly.

Regular pero decepcionante, hace meses era mi favorito para hospedaje al viajar a Querétaro pedro probablemente después de ésta visita buscaré mejores opciones; el servicio ha decaído mucho, la atención del personal ya no es excelente, el desayuno es bastante pobre, muy limitado, se sirve con desechables como si fuéramos de picnic, no tienen servicio de bellboy para ayuda con maletas, llegamos 45 minutos antes de lo previsto y se pusieron en un plan no servicial a pesar de tener habitaciones disponibles; el refrigerador no servia, aunque lo cambiaron. En fin, siempre nos hospedábamos aquí pero seguramente no más. Seguro hay mejores opciones con mejor capacitación de personal.

I stayed 6 nights at this beautiful, well decorated, old Mexican style hotel in a premium room, the hotel is about 20 minutes on foot from the old city center, you can find OXXO and some restaurants in the area. I can summarize the following points: - Value for money: 9/10 - Ambience/atmosphere in hotel: 10/10 - Friendliness of staff: 8/10 - Willingness to assist: 8/10 - The quality of breakfast: 8/10 - Comfort of room: 10/10 - Room size: 10/10 - Room facilities: 9/10 (There is a nice and a big working desk, dressing, LCD T.V, coffee and a coffee machine, gift of 2 bottles of mineral water every day, there is no a mini-bar in the room) - Comfort of bed: 10/10 - Bathroom: 10/10 - Cleanliness of hotel: 9/10 - Wi-Fi: 9/10 - Check in/out: 9/10 - Quietness: 10/10 - Safety: 10/10 There are also, a beautiful garden, a swimming pool, a fitness center and a free & secured parking. After an unexpected travel change, we were booked at Hotel Mirage. It was great! The location is good and a 10 or 15 minute walk from historic downtown. At night you'll want the hotel to call you a taxi, but walking in the neighborhood during the day is fine. There is a good quality onsite restaurant and also a bar which we did not visit. Rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is friendly and helpful and went out of their way to help with a travel issue that arose.

The approach to the hotel is nice. The bell boy was available to pick up my luggage. As I checked in with the 2 young women at the front desk, I asked if I could make a shuttle reservation for my early flight the next morning out of QRO airport. The receptionists, both of them , told me that the hotel did not have a shuttle, but that they could make a taxi reservation. I specifically stayed at the Domun Hotel because it shows on its web site that it has a shuttle. The receptionist told me that she could book me a taxi for 1500 pesos. Yes, I correctly typed the amount she quoted me. When I told her that I would then make my own transportation booking via Uber, she then quoted me 1000 pesos. By then, the bell boy came and realized what was going on, and told me in English that the hotel has a shuttle available for its guests. I made a reservation with him for a 4am pick up. I then paid the receptionist, after requesting to show me exactly the amount she was charging my credit card, 500 pesos. She was actually expecting me to sign the charge without showing me the amount. Something is seriously wrong here. The room was perfect, very clean and the bed was comfortable. The shuttle driver was right on time. With no traffic, it was a 20+ drive to the airport. I probably would not stay there again. The checking in was unpleasant and felt dishonest.
