每次來都是住這裏，早餐很豐盛，還有中餐和晚餐，可以不出酒店解決一日三餐。附近的商場也值得一逛，衹是大牌全撤了有點可惜。

Reporte un desperfecto en mi tele solo fue atendido pero no resuelto, pedí que esto se le diera seguimiento y no fue ni considerado, pedí información de un lugar y me dieron la información errónea, considero que es de mal gusto que estén comiendo pizza frente a los huéspedes en la recepción si se encuentran en servicio, fui atendida en el restaurante por la cocinera y no por los meseros, el letrero que se encuentra en la parte de afuera está fundido, considero que si deberían de supervisar y revisar las funciones operativas y roles de cada colaborador que tiene contacto con el huésped, parece que es irrelevante el que tengan o no huéspedes, no se nota que sea de cadena y que tengan protocolos o capacitacion, el hotel no tiene muchos años, ojalá que mejoren, yo ya buscaré otra opción

Excelente servicio del personal, la calidad de alimentos muy buena, el precio acordé a otros hoteles de la cadena, habitaciones limpias, camas cómodas, si bien la ubicación está más cercana a Juriquilla puede valer la pena la distancia, cercano a plazas comerciales

Excelente opción de hospedaje ! El hotel es limpio, nuevo, sus habitaciones cómodas, las almohadas INCREÍBLES! Deberían venderlas! 😊 La comida, tanto en el restaurante como el de Room Services es rica, se agradece que te sea 24 hrs de servicio! Mi única recomendación es que, cuando lleven los alimentos a la hab, los tapen! Solo cubren el platillo principal, pero las bebidas o el pan, al descubierto, es por higiene ! Pero se soluciona! Fui de trabajo y se agradece el escritorio que tienen en las habitaciones ! Sin duda regresaré, está enfrente de Plaza Antea y con las diferentes vialidades, se llega a todos lados, sobretodo por la remodelación en la Av 5 de Febrero ! NO lo dejen caer !

Indudablemente los hoteles del grupo IHG son sumamente confortables, y este hotel no es la excepción, instalaciones modernas, tiene una colección de autos dentro del lobby, se encuentra muy cerca de la plaza Antea en Queretaro. Calidez atención y servicio de primera.

Excelente opción. Bien ubicado y cerca de buenas opciones para cenar Los cuartos muy limpios y se esmeran a que no te falte nada en la estadía. El desayuno tiene muy buenas opciones y me gusto que son flexibles a tus necesidades; es decir, bufete no es la única opción.
