Hotel très sympa, bien placé en mode auberge donc bonne ambiance. Personnel gentil, réactif. Dommage il faisait un peu froid dans la chambre mais pour une nuit pas de soucis

Uno de los mejores albergues en los que me he hospedado y probablemente el mejor en términos de valor por dólar. El personal es muy amable. Me gusta que conoces viajeros de diferentes edades y orígenes. Muy bueno para socializar y al mismo tiempo excelente si necesitas trabajar o leer en silencio, ya que tienen muchas áreas comunes diferentes. En invierno es muy cálido comparado con otros hostals en los que he estado en Santiago. ¡El desayuno también es muy bueno! He estado allí durante mucho tiempo, así que he notado que arreglan problemas y mejoran cosas todo el tiempo, eso me da confianza de que si sucede algo lo van a arreglar rápidamente. Por ejemplo, fue una semana fría, así que instalaron una buena calefacción, o el internet se caía un día, entonces lo mejoraron y ahora tienen el internet más rápido que he visto en cualquier hostal, es de unos 500Mb de bajada, 400Mb de subida y es muy estable y con baja latencia. En general, diría que obtienes el 90% del valor de los hostales de alta gama a un precio promedio.

We stayed in one of the private rooms right at the top floor. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful and friendly - especially Scarlett who gave us great tips and advice. Breakfast was of great value. There are quite a number of stairs especially if you’re staying on the 2nd or 3rd floor so be mindful of that in case you have very large bags.

Super parabéns pela dedicação ao hóspede e ter instalações que refletem o que os hóspedes verdadeiramente esperam! Eventos repentinos agradáveis por conta do Hostal, que reúne as pessoas, fazem de vocês ainda mais especial. Minha família nunca se hospedou em um Hostal antes e vocês nos fizeram desta experiência bem bacana e posso dizer que o time está de parabéns em especial a gentileza do Alexsander! Vai ao Chile? Fique nesse maravilhoso Hostal, pois lá será divertido e amável!!

Rien à redire ! Cuisine très bien équipée, emplacement parfait, personnel très accueillant. Les chambres étaient aussi très propre tout comme les salles de bains communes. Il y a de quoi faire des courses pas très loin et accéder au centre sans trop marcher non plus.
