Achei o hotel barulhento, acordei algumas vezes com barulhos.
A coberta é bem pequena pro tamanho da cama.
O café da manhã é razoável comparado a outros hotéis, mas o que tem é mt bom!

O Hotel é ótimo e tem excelente atendimento, só não é perfeito por dois detalhes: Estava friozinho e não precisei logar o ar condicionado, mas algum dos quartos vizinhos ligou e o barulho do condensador estava muito alto, mesmo com as minhas janelas fechadas. Não sei se é normal ou se a máquina estava com barulho excessivo por alguma falha. Outro detalhe é o colchão, fiquei no 317 e esse já estava precisando de troca. No mais, chuveiro, café e limpeza muito bons.

Ótima localização, ótimo atendimento, estacionamento com manobrista incluído na diária, acomodações decoradas com bom gosto, hall da recepção muito agradável, todo espelhado, dando impressão de ambiente maior. Café da manhã com bastante opção para frutas, frios, pães e bolos. Os quartos próximos da rua, podem sofrer maior barulho do trânsito.

O quarto em si era ótimo, bem espaçoso, mas ao fazer o check-in após o pagamento fomos informados que os quartos estavam sem energia, ouvimos de outros hospedes na recepção que tinham quartos com energia e outros não. Acredito que o hotel não está preparado para imprevistos como estes, esperaram até o último momento para nos avisar e não deram nenhum suporte para por exemplo: carregar nosso aparelhos celulares e outros, solicitamos um espaço para jantar e foi informado que estava fechado e teríamos que comer no escuro no quarto. Uma das atendentes não teve empatia e não demostrou menor preocupação com o bem estar do hospede. Sabíamos que a falta de energia não era culpa do hotel, mas não fizeram o mínimo para melhorar a experiência. Não voltaremos a nos hospedar neste local
