Confirmaron una reserva el Jueves a través de una central de reservas y cuando llegamos el Sabado (más de 2h de coche), nos dicen que no hay reserva a pesar de enseñar la confirmación y que nos fuéramos de malas maneras. Llamamos a la central de reservas y nos confirman que mientras estábamos hablando para poner una queja, Artesa acababa de llamar para poner como excusa que se habia rechazado la tarjeta (con una confirmación del Jueves). Es penoso que se les pille haciendo estas artimañas en la llamada en directo para justificar su mala gestión. Muy lamentable tanto en las formas de tratarnos como el la "triquiñuela" de la excusa (pillados en directo).

Hice reserva vía booking y cuando llegué nos dijeron que no tenía la reserva a pesar de que les enseñé la confirmación. No solo nos dejaron en la calle sino que además lo hicieron con muy malas formas...No intentaron solucionar nada. Nunca en la vida me había pasado algo así. UN HORROR DE SITIO, NADA RECOMENDABLE. Mal educados e inoperativos.

It is a beautiful house in a quiet town in the mountains of Madrid with a small but complete spa that they have the good judgment to reserve for the couple's use. It is a delight of experience for rest and enjoyment. The suite is very complete and the idea of breakfast in a basket is very original. The theme of different smells, which combine with the decoration, is also very original. In our case the room was La Leche!! with cushions, blanket, rug and an excellent aroma of milk.
