We was first time in Santorini and We had 2 nights with my wife we love it. Everything was perfect the staff was very helpful and smile all the time. The pool was extremely brilliant, caldera view brilliant love it. Our room was clean and perfect and view amazing. What we book we got it. And is perfect for family stay.
Bad point's is: Akrotiri is small village/town centre is small 4-5 restaurants and one supermarket in center. But close to red beach but not easy to walk go and back 😀
Another bad point is shower doesn't have hot water and water from shower and tap it's salty.
Another is our breakfast we ordered one day omlet and another day scrambled egg was very fatty/oil other things on breakfast was delicious. Recommended fresh orange juice, coffee and desert of the day.
Thank you so much Apanemo hotel we come back soon.

Tres bel etablissement ! Le personnel est tres sympathique, les suites sont tres agreable , les petits déjeuné excellent et copieux,l espace piscine avec vue directe sur la caldera est tout silplement magnifique !Ce fut un plaisir de sejourner chez vous!

Everything was perfect here. The people are very kind, especially Isabel, Blessing, Dmitrij and Lucas. :) The restaurant here is exceptional the flavours are well combinated and the breakfast was perfect. I recommend to order "the sweet of the day" every single day that you spend here. :) Our suit was clean and cool. The air condition was fine. Everybody here is very helpful which makes your stay here very comfortable.

Superbe Suites Hôtel avec une magnifique vue. Le personnel de l’hôtel adorable et très serviable. La piscine et au calme et encore une fois avec une vue imprenable sur le Volcan. Petit bémol, il n’y a pas suffisamment de rangement dans la suite que nous occupions.

I had booked this hotel for a trip-fell and fractured my ankle. Gave hotel greater than 24 hour notice and they still charged me. No empathy for customers and very poor customer service. Would not visit ever again. Will update if anything changes.

Cela fait 8 fois que nous retournons dans cet hotel, avec le même enchantement ressenti pour le concept (petites unités de type cycladique très agréables) pour les piscines et la vue sur la caldeira. A cela s'ajoute un accueil chaleureux (dès notre première venue) et professionnel qui fait qu'il nous est toujours pénible de repartir de ce lieu si particulier. C'est pour nous la garantie d'un séjour inoubliable, sur cette ile de Santorin si particulière, qui combine animations (Fira/Oia ou Kamari), mais aussi calme et sérénité (Akrotiri) A nouveau un grand merci à Spiros, son frère, Isabelle et à toute la team, et très certainement à l'an prochain... Ps : les très belles photos du lieu disponibles sur internet ne donnent qu'une petite idée de la réalité et de la beauté du lieu....

Absolutely fabulous! Everyone was so kind, thoughtful and totally spoiled us. The premises and views are gorgeous. THIS is what I imagined for a vacation in Santorini. The breakfasts each morning were personalized and yummy. The ease of scheduling a driver was a big plus. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend.

I don’t feel I can emphasize enough how great the staff was.
I travel frequently all over the world and haven’t seen staff this responsive or attentive.
