Very good, amazing experience, we love every second. The hotel is almost in front of the beach and shopping is below. Very friendly staff. There is no problem with check-in and check-out. Very delicious breakfast, afternoon tea and delicious free broth festival, I recommend to everyone.

It was perfect. Attendance note 1000, breakfast very capricious and rich in varieties of fruits, breads, milk, coffees, cold cuts ... etc .. perfect cleaning, perfect accommodation, air conditioning in perfect condition, bathroom also perfect. I just miss the pool, because it was closed, but I could use the pool in the building next door, which did not have the same conditions as the Hotel, but all attentive tbm..super mega recommend !! Gratitude for the indication on the website.

What was most unpleasant was the fact that the hotel allowed some guests to access the restaurant to drink breakfast using a work macaque. In the sawn it had even scattered parts of land, probably unleashed from the work boots of these same guests.

We are here as I write. We are enjoying our stay so much that I even asked VITOR PEREIRA, manager, how else (besides Trip Advisor) I could acknowledge the great service, their attention and kindness, and their prompt reply to every request we made. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. Particularly, Vitor and Matheus (from the reception) have been exceptionally kind. We were going to stay one night and decided to make it three. The room is large, clean, and comfortable. The towels are super new. The pool is amazing. And the location is perfect.

The hotel is good but well disorganized, staff do what they can but needs a lot of maintenance. Although all rooms are of the same size, they all vary as the decor and items available, excellent breakfast, small swimming pool and amazing views. The worst negative point for my family was the disorganization of the booking management, we paid the value of stays months before hosting, because it was in the period of the reveillon, at the arrival the reception did not inform that the booking had not been paid, My sister had a copy of the evidence and let us go up. In the checkout the same distressing situation happened, the receptionist did not find the booking payment and said the hotel was not available on the platform we used to book. It was all right at the end, but no one likes to pass through this kind of constraint.

We have stayed at Comfort Santos for about 1 month, from April to May, waiting to board our vessel, so we’d like to thank for all the good services which were duly provided during our staying at the hotel. They have excellent procedures regarding the protection against Covid-19, thus we felt very safe and comfortable during our time over there. The staff is outstanding, very polite and helpful in any means I could possibly say, however, we’d like to highlight our newest Brazilian Friend - Mr Winner - for all the care, patience, awesome spoken english and kindness he had with us. I spent only one night because I went to visit the homogeneous look that is very close. The breakfast is good and varied, but I did not see natural juice or detox. The hotel has a comfortable bed that doesn't make noise when moving. Very frequented by workers with their uniforms, some already with their bags eating fast in the morning.

We rent 01 apartment by Airbnb in 5th floor, apartment with wonderful private jacuzzi!!! The apartment with 24-hour (always careful and educated), optional breakfast coffee (R$ 30,00), is simple and excellent, but in the same street there are 2 very good cookies to drink coffee, too; it has parking and how it is near the beach (01 square), We don't use the car for nothing.It is close to the Miramar shopping and the Banner Park, the sugar bread market, from various restaurants. Excellent place.
