房間的位置非常好下樓2分鐘就是海灘，每個房間還能看到大海很適合家庭旅行，有兩間房，一個大客廳，鳳姐人也非常不錯，專門下來接我們，下次三亞還住這裏

房間還挺乾淨整潔，服務周到，位置也很好找，陽台就能看到大海

I wrote to the owner in advance and she helped organize the transfer and met me early in the morning. The owner is very nice. Everything worked in the room. There is a washing machine. Air conditioners in all rooms. Close to the sea. The road from the room to the beach took less than five minutes. Since the apartments are in the city center, there are popular cafes and supermarkets nearby. It is 10 minutes to Pineapple. I am happy with the vacation. I will recommend it.

Путешествовали семьей, двое взрослых, ребенок 2 года и бабушка. Выбирали специально апартаменты с кухней, чтоб модно было готовить ребенку каши и супчики. Есть все необходимое для приготовления еды. Посуда, столовые приборы, кружки, мультиварка. Площадь апартаментов позволяет комфортно разместится троим взрослым и ребенку, не испытывали никакого дискомфорта и стеснений. Очень удобно, что душевая зона отделена от унитаза стеклянной дверью, не приходится каждый раз после принятия душа вытирать унитаз и пол от воды. На балконе уютно. Вечером открывается шикарный вид на остров Феникс, где включается подсветка башен. На балконе есть стиральная машина, практически каждый вечер ей пользовались, к утру белье на балконе успевало высохнуть (если не было ночного дождя). Всегда в чистой и свежей одежде ходили! Локация просто отличная! Море в пяти минутах ходьбы, магазинчиков с едой, супермаркетов куча по периметру здания. В трех минутах ходьбы кафе Дадунхай с приличной кухней. Рядом ТЦ Лето. ТЦ ананас чуть подальше, но за 10 минут можно спокойно дойти. Хозяйка очень приветливый и отзывчивый человек. Быстро решала все наши проблемы. На пятый день пребывания сломался смеситель а ванной комнате, хозяйка быстра поменяла его на новый. Мы остались очень довольны пребыванием в апартаментах. Для непритязательных туристов хороший вариант, рекомендую!!!

The air conditioner worked, the beds are normal, the linen and towel are clean. Not 5 stars, but for a budget holiday, an excellent option. We ordered a transfer through WeChat. They met us and drove us. The driver is nice, helped with the suitcases. It cost 50 yuan. We agreed on the return with him. It is better to have small money, he does not have change. I am also an old customer of his house. Every time I come to Sanya, I stay at their house. It is convenient to eat around and walk on the beach. It is worth recommending!
