Tianhong is a hotel with special meaning to me. I have lived here for a long time. I like the beautiful scenery and quiet atmosphere here, as well as the warm and thoughtful brothers and sisters. The feeling has never changed in more than ten years. It is satisfactory in all aspects. If I come to Sanya, I will choose Tianhong infinitely.

The room is spacious, clean and tidy. The view outside the window is beautiful. The breakfast set is very rich. The swimming pool is clean and comfortable. It is one minute away from the beach. You can go to the exclusive beach chair in your bathrobe and swim in the sea. This hotel is cost-effective and has warm service

I have stayed at Tianhong for a few nights almost every year for more than a decade. This time I was speechless. There was no light on the balcony, the guardrail was shaky, the breakfast was only one-tenth of the original, the swimming pool was not open, the quilt cover and the dirty things on the sheets were disgusting... The current management of Tianhong is going to destroy Tianhong. I successfully persuaded a couple to leave at the door. I only let them look at the photos on the bed.

This is the last stop of this trip to Sanya. As a tourist who usually doesn't like to write reviews, I have to give the hotel a full 5 stars! At first, I booked a room with the mentality that I might step on thunder. Although the hotel has some sense of age, after checking in, I felt that this was a super correct choice... First of all, every staff member who received us was very friendly... Any questions and needs will be answered patiently... Although the facilities and equipment are not very new and modern, the hotel has a good view. There is a lake view and a garden view outside the window, and it is only 3 minutes away from the beach. Second, including interesting parent-child activities, the aunt will teach us how to catch sand crabs, and we dug a lot of big and small! Third, whether it is a buffet breakfast or ordering in the evening, the restaurant tastes very good, much better than the dishes in the food court, and the environment of the restaurant is also very hygienic and tidy! Fourth, for parent-child travel, children and adults should have fun. My husband experienced fishing for 2 hours, and the staff also taught how to mix fish food and how to use fishing rods... I hope that a hotel with a heritage like Tianhong can get better and better... I will come again in the future!

This is our second time staying at Tianhong. The resort facilities are very good, the swimming pool is also great, and the exclusive butler service is superb. It should be one of the most cost-effective hotels in Yalong Bay. Looking forward to seeing you next time!

Close to the beach, great environment, lots of hotel activities, Chef Chen teaches swimming part-time, patiently and meticulously, I learned how to swim! Pineapple fried rice is delicious, adults and children like it, barbecue is also good!
