住過多間市中心的民宿賓館甚至是青旅,這個青旅的房子寬敞明亮乾淨,洗澡的水很好調,不會過熱或過冷｡青旅地段很好！小區也很安全！非常棒的入住體驗,房東性格温和,入住上鋪房東給拿了蚊帳也有點蚊液還有蚊香，房主定時給房間角角落落消毒……後來的小夥家裡們又餓福了！家裡乾淨,設施都不錯。入住遵守管理制度！快呀一起拎包入住吧！ 非常棒的房子和非常棒的房東｡我們的所有問題都及時回覆了｡感覺就像在住自己家裡一樣温馨,洗衣服､工作､聊天…… 房東很真誠！

客房安排的空間挺大的，設定齊全。青旅氛圍感也強的，老闆也很熱心。店裡空間非常大，環境氛圍非常好，整個過程下來真的非常舒服。價格便宜，很適合長期居住

根據定位找不到，一樓也沒有牌子，打電話沒人接，根據去哪兒網的商家電話，聯繫上了前前前老闆，給我指了下位置，三亞人還是很熱情純樸的。麪粉廠一直往前走，走到底右手邊有個超市，就是那幢樓，然後爬樓到4層。公共區域有餐桌，燒水壺，洗衣機，晾衣服也方便，就是洗澡的花灑太短了，不想洗澡的時候沖洗不方便。水龍頭沒有熱水調節。網上是女生6人間，實際是8人間，但是住不滿，一般還是6個人。上鋪有個蚊帳，還是帳篷式的，很矮起不來身，爬上去的時候，還特別不方便還好便宜。
