帶娃和長者一起住的，很寬敞的房子，周邊配套也很方便，24小時的管家服務，很安心很貼心。

枕頭高，水很小，下水慢，設施設備都很老舊，廁所的毛巾還有污漬！電視還是那種小液晶電視，想看估計得拿放大鏡看，按遙控器也沒有反應。辦入住慢，竟然還有一個上下鋪寫的也是1.8大床，但是感覺沒有1.8，而且訂房的時候也沒有寫上下鋪。房間的設備老舊，床也特別的硬！房間的空調遙控器還是壞的，得2個房間共用。房間的空調還不涼。並且熱水壺煮水燒開了還打不開蓋換水，衣架還很臟，入住體驗感很差。
廁所也特別的小
反正是我在三亞住的價格比人家貴，還最破的民宿了

民宿位於亞龍灣熱帶天堂森林公園旁邊，後面就是鳳凰嶺，距離景點非常近非常方便，管家服務也很到位，總之很滿意
