Thanks to my brother Jia, who said, ”We have lived in a sea view room for three days,” which supported and confirmed my idea of living in ”Valley Breeze”-y.hotel The sunken design concept is very photogenic from every angle. The housekeeper Samjin is extremely warm and thoughtful, and his professionalism is impressive. Not only did he check in quickly and efficiently, but he also carefully asked about our needs and provided many practical travel suggestions. According to our needs, he reasonably helped us plan the afternoon itinerary, go to the big lawn to take pictures and have dinner. When we were taking pictures, he also took the initiative to ask Jia and I if we needed help taking pictures, which was really heartwarming♥️ I was also impressed by the thoughtful service of the housekeeper Delia. She helped me take pictures and prepared frangipani for me to take pictures. It was really a surprise🤭Breakfast also prepared hot black tea for us, which made me feel a different kind of warmth in the early morning. I passed by Teacher Yu Hua (blame me for not noticing), but I have a book signed by Teacher Yu Hua. I love everything here and it is worth it.
SANYA HAITANG BAY MOUTAI RESORT PRIME HOTEL

HaiTang Bay/CDF Mall/Hou Hai
The newly opened hotel in February occupies a large area. It is composed of four grades of hotels. The grades are in ascending order from boutique, classic, treasure, and premium. The public facilities in the park are public. Breakfast is different in each hotel. The overall park is not very mature yet. The plants are small and have not grown up. Some facilities are not open, especially the corridor on the first floor, which has not turned on the lights. It is still very dark in the daytime. I am a little afraid of going wrong because it is too big inside and the patio design is messed up. When it rains and the whole ground is wet, you have to pay special attention to safety. At night, the walls and ceilings in the corridor are full of geckos. When I walk by, my scalp is numb and I dare not look at it. I am worried about opening the door and getting into the room🥲 This time I stayed in a premium one-bedroom pool villa. From the moment I checked in, I received a VIP reception from Xiao Ou on WeChat and also gave me two Maotai ice creams. There were not many guests, but Xiao Ou still responded to our requests and the service was very good👍🏻 Help us get it Go swimming in the lazy river to cheer up and go out to remind you to bring an umbrella when it rains. The buggy is always on call and you don’t have to wait. It’s pretty good. You can just sit and go to the self-service laundry room over there to wash your clothes. The room equipment is from Bvlgari. The space is large and the layout is reasonable. It just feels too much like entering a developer's model room. Fortunately, the swimming pool has a massage function and the water circulation is OK. The waiters took the initiative to help clean the fallen leaves inside and their attitudes were very good. The quality of the breakfast is a bit poor. It is really not up to the level of a five-star hotel. Any hotel in Haitang Bay can be compared. There are too few choices. There is no freshly squeezed juice tea, only black tea, and no other optional hot dishes. The seafood stir-fried crabs are actually frozen and very stale. The meat is all pink and the clams are small and the sand shrimps don’t feel alive. It’s hard to describe. The chef’s selection of dishes is made to order every day, but each person You can only choose a limited number. The waiters are very proactive and lively. Although there are very few guests these two days, the quality really needs to be improved to be worthy of this positioning. Because there are few guests, everything is reserved. The outdoor public swimming pool on the second floor is very clean. There is also a surfing area and locker room where you can take a shower. It is very clean. The lifeguard is also very responsible. Although there are only two of us guests, he still checks regularly. It feels like the training on equipment safety testing and water quality recording is in place. The water flow in the lazy river is not fast. I floated three times, haha, but you must wear sun protection when you go there! There are some fallen leaves in the swimming pool on the first floor. Swimming rings and paddle boards are free to use, which is quite good. I look forward to having a better design of the hotel’s garden landscape and improving the catering in the future. I am very satisfied with the service level. Every employee I encounter is full of enthusiasm and strives to solve various problems. I hope it will continue~
Park Hyatt Sanya Sunny Bay Resort

Yalong Bay/Tropical Paradise Forest Park/Bohou Village
One of the best resorts I have ever stayed in. Initially, I was skeptical about visiting China due to some negative hotel reviews I had read. However, this trip completely changed my perspective. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. Chelsey Yang was incredibly attentive when my daughter had a splinter in her foot, providing medical care right at the breakfast buffet. My daughter was in so much pain that she wouldn't let me near her, but Chelsey managed to calm her down and treat her effectively. Our butler, Fiona, was always responsive to our requests, making our stay even more enjoyable. The photographer captured beautiful photos of our family, creating memories we will cherish forever. The room was immaculate, and with only 200 units at the resort, we enjoyed the beach and restaurants almost entirely to ourselves. The privacy and lack of crowds were a significant plus for us. The kids had a fantastic time at Club Hyatt, participating in various activities such as oil painting, soap making, clay modeling, crab catching, tent making with coconut leaves, and even climbing coconut trees. This allowed us to have much-needed time to ourselves, knowing our children were well taken care of and entertained. Overall, I am thoroughly impressed with this resort. The excellent service, clean facilities, and engaging activities for kids made our stay unforgettable. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and family-friendly vacation in China.

The best hotel I have seen so far. Service is high level. We got extra treatment from a manager Nicole Hu. Could u imagine a personal assistant while on vacation? This hotel has it all. We got free afternoon tea and fruit plate at the beginning of our stay. Trip on boat made me feel like I were in Venice. The room is out of this world. Highly recommend!!!!!😊😊😊😊
Pullman Sanya Yalong Bay Villas & Resort

Yalong Bay/Tropical Paradise Forest Park/Bohou Village
We stayed in 4 different hotels during this vacation and Pullman Yalong was by far the most disappointing one, although to be honest part of it comes from expectations. Pullman Yalong is a decent 3-4 star hotel, whose main problem is that expectations associated with the brand make it seem to be something it is not. Chinese breakfast is actually quite decent and has a wide range including MaLaTang, if you are craving Western food though it probably isn't worth the price. They have a big sign near the lobby recommending that you should not bring delivery food to your room, due to health and safety reasons, but feel free to ignore that. We ordered both room service and outside delivery on several occasions and deliveries were definitely a better option. Plus there is a food court and a supermarket not far from the hotel. The pool is quite big and its lower section is well shaded as well which a plus. However it was a major disappointment that the slide was closed(long term) as well as the cool cave you might see on the hotel's photos. On top of that there are some downright ridiculous designs ideas including a horrible pool access and sharp edge stairs inside the pool. The beach in Yalong is all public, but the access to it is limited by occasional path between some of the front row resorts. What this means in practice is that you will have a bit of a walk having to go around Marriot in Pullman's case. The room was OK, even had a bath and a walk-in wardrobe. The high point was the balcony above the pool. Signs of disrepair are visible around the hotel, but to be honest this seems to be the Yalong/Sanya standard at least for the 4 star hotels we stayed in. Jacky, I hope I got the name right, who worked in the lobby/shuttle car was great though. Not because he spoke good English(which he did), but because he had a problem solving attitude and wasn't afraid to approach guests to offer help.
Sanya Jinsha Seaview Hotel

Sanya Bay, Coconut Dream Corridor / Sanya Phoenix International Airport
The hotel is relatively close to Tianya Haijiao Scenic Area, and it is also very convenient to take a taxi near Sanya Phoenix Airport. The price/performance ratio is relatively high, and the supporting facilities are also good. The view of the room is very wide and you can see the sea view. The service attitude of the lady at the front desk is also very friendly. Overall, this hotel is not bad. I will choose to stay next time.
