We stay in family at the Ibis hotel in São Mateus (ES) on our trip back from Bahia. The reception seemed welcome and, despite the lack of training to complete our check-in system by some attendants, we were well received and instructed about the hotel's basic schedules and information. Breakfast was well served and was in the way we like: fresh, good variety of items and good appearance. The room was in line with what we expected and the bathroom was very clean and the bathroom was warm and abundant. It is necessary to strengthen the hotel administration that staff without the proper basic training in the check-in system makes the starting experience very frustrating and delayed for the client, without counting the tiredness of a trip of more than 7 hours (in my case) make the delay in receipt seem even more delayed for those who need to rest after hours on the road. The situation occurred not only with me and my family, but also with other guests who arrived just before and just after us.

The hotel has been reserved in advance by telephone to ensure you have no problems when you arrive at the hotel.
