The hotel service is good, the hotel design is unique, but the room is small and the facilities are simple. It is a good choice for young people, but the cost performance needs to be considered. The comfort level is average.

El lugar es simplemente una obra de arte, me encanta el lugar. El precio es muy accesible, la ubicacion es buena. La comida es basica pero muy rica. Puedes dormir comodo y segura sin pagar mucho. Tiene un estilo unico e inigualable. Recomendado

Muito bom o Hotel, a localização e o atendimento. A região muito segura e com bastante variedades de gastronomia, bares, pode ir a pé nos restaurantes com 15 minutos de caminhada. Logico que em SP tem que tomar cuidado ao sair nas ruas mas na Faria Lima/ Pinheiros é muito bacana para se hospedar. Foi aniversario da minha esposa e hotel como boas vindas deixaram um bolo e uma cartinha desejando parabéns. Não tenho que reclamar, pelo valor que paguei e pela localização recomendo com certeza.

Já fiquei nuns ibis budget que eram melhorzinhos. Esperava mais desse ibis styles. É bem simples. E bastante velho, carecendo de manutenção. O box é minúsculo e vc tem que se contorcer para entrar. Fica pingando a noite e não tem jeito de fechar direito. Tive que usar uma toalha para amenizar o barulho, já que a porta do banheiro não fechava por fora também.

Apesar do hotel ser charmoso e bem localizado, aconteceu uma situação comigo muito desagradável. Cheguei por volta de 19h/19h30, recepção vazia, fiz o check in. Já estava na cama, por volta de 22h, quando escutei uma tentativa de entrada no meu quarto. Fiquei assustada, levantei, bloqueei a porta e entendi que a tentativa de entrada foi acidental através da fala do hospede (era um homem). Depois, fui descobrir que houve um erro na recepção e atribuíram o número do meu quarto ao cartão dele. Liguei na recepção e demoraram mais de meia hora para retornar com uma explicação ... mas como dormir tranquila depois dessa? Fiquei assustadíssima. As atendentes da recepção foram bastante displicentes na explicação, com desculpas padrão. Não gostei, não me sinto a vontade para voltar à esse hotel.

O hotel é muito bem localizado e o atendimento do staff é maravilhoso. Os quartos são confortáveis e os produtos são de qualidade. Conta , ainda, com o estacionamento (mas o pagamento é a parte). Próximo ao parque Ibirapuera. Recomendo a estadia.

Hotel razoável para uma estadia de curta duração. O check in foi muito demorado pois um grupo havia chegado no mesmo momento que eu. Não adiantou fazer o check in prévio pela internet pois não imprimiram o que eu preenchi nem havia alocado um quarto. Em outros hotéis da cadeia Accor, já deixam tudo pronto. Café da manhã é bom. Variado. Hotel fica relativamente perto do metro e do Shopping Eldorado.
