But so far no one gave me satisfaction, with my loss , besides I was a victim of deboche for security saying if it was a jacket of Louis Vitton I I can be in despair . To date nothing are like one playing pro responsibilities another !!! What kind of company is it? You are dealing with animals ??? I want a solution I won't rest until it resolves ! I didn't answer, but I could call the normal reception, or he made a disappointment, but the shower was hot, but it was not a hairdryer, and it was not controlled, softened the whole bathroom, badly. The night was very noisy, my room was in the 3rd floor and all the air above was pinking near the window... and the window only opened on one side. Breakfast OK. care about the hotel surroundings, very dangerous, especially the night. I just don't give horrible pq cleaning and breakfast was good. and some of the sympathetic attendants, but only some.

Muy buen hotel, exactamente enfrente del Arena Palmeiras (el Allianz Parque): eso puede ser utilísimo o muy molesto, lo que depende de los torcedores del equipo y su voluntad de usar bombas de estruendo. El restaurante es muy bueno, y el desayuno magnífico. El personal atiende con una cordialidad absolutamente brasileña, e incluso hablan en español, a pesar de mi empeño en hablar portugués. No le pongo una calificación máxima por la ducha. Había olvidado, pandemia mediante, esa costumbre paulista de usar calefones eléctricos, lo que no garantiza ni buena presión de agua ni suficiente agua caliente: más bien, me bañé con agua tibia...
