The location is next to a gas station near the highway. It's not easy to find. The room is large and clean, but there is no WiFi, and there is almost no signal for mobile phones there. There is no one at the counter. You have to use English to communicate with the staff via SMS.

Someone else was allocated the same room and was trying to get in. Was a little scary being on my own and hearing the door handle rattle! I also sent a text to the number given for general communication and got back a message relating to wifi not restaurants like I had asked. Beautiful location. Was a last minute booking for me due to other plans falling through and I was happy to be accommodated at such short notice

We absolutely loved our recent stay, very family friendly.
The kids loved waking up to the breakfast buffet every morning. The perfect location to pop into Sea World and the other Theme Parks during your stay. The only negative feedback is we would off liked the spa open a little longer in the evening.

The accommodation was lovely with beautiful views. We booked for one night and stayed for four. It was so peaceful and beautifully relaxing. It does need some maintenance some of the door handles were loose or broken and the clothes dryer didn't work.
The cooking utensils were below standard. Only 1 large pot and a frying pan which was old and the teflon was scratched and flaking. We had to buy a frying pan. Overall it was lovely and would definitely stay there again.

I have only rated on one aspect which was communication as we didn’t stay here. We had booked well in advance and they cancelled our accomodation a couple of hours before check-in, which left us in a bind on a long weekend. They claim an issue in the room out of their control, but we couldn’t confirm with them over the phone as they don’t answer the phone and only want to SMS. Considering we had to travel 3 hours to Coffs and it was a long weekend, it caused significant angst as we were already there. Luckily another resort were able to accomodate us. One positive is they refunded us quickly, but I wouldn’t choose to stay here in future.

Property is completely un maintained. not enough pillows. the only good thing about the property is the location. everything else is terrible.
