This is the BEST hotel in Sapporo for long term stay. The staff was very kind, thoughtful and friendly. I used the GYM almost everyday because it was so spacious. Room is spacious and clean. Bathroom as well. They have afforaable coin Laundry as well! I would recommend this to anyone looking for a long stay, telework (internet is high speed and theres a working desk), affordable and cozy transportation around Sapporo. It is also close to many popular delicious food around Sapporo. 5 STARS! SHOUT OUT to the front desk team, especially Matsu****a-san, Dendra and Liu Chih for making my stay so comfortable - they're always so ready to help especially with me moving in and out of the hotel so much to travel around Sapporo! Small room, 1 block from the Snow Festival's Susukino Ice Sculptures We stayed here for 7 nights during the Sapporo Snow Festival. Our GPS didn't work very well so it took a while to get to our hotel. It's about 6 blocks from the subway exit. Best to know the way to get there beforehand but there are many exits from the subway which can get confusing. The hotel itself is modern. The rooms are very small. No closet so if you have a lot of luggage, this could be a problem. Next to the bed is a tiny table and chair/stool. Complimentary tea. The best amenity is that it has a public washer and dryer for your laundry on the 6th floor. When traveling, this is a gold standard. It cost 300 yen for the washer and 100 yen for the dryer. I had to cycle the dryer a few times but still very reasonable for the convenience. The laundry room also has vending machines for hot and cold drinks and a microwave. Their restaurant offers a simple buffet for breakfast for 1000 yen. English is limited. As far as location, if you are planning on going to the Snow Festival, I would recommend booking a hotel early (almost a year ahead) so you can stay closer to Odori train station. While you can walk from the Susukino to Odori subway station underground (or take the train), it can get tiresome by the end of the day especially walking through the snow once you get to the festival. The plus side of staying in Susukino is that the subway is close so you can get to most attractions around Sapporo with subway and a bus ride/walking the rest of the way. The ice sculptures which are part of the snow festival are located nearby this hotel.

The hotel is located at the bazering susukino, many food outlets, shopping outlets around. Hotel lobby located at level 3, this is the big drawback, you need to go hotel lobby first before can take another lift to the room. Other than that the room size is reasonable, breakfast was good, staff are friendly, got free coffee at lobby. Still a good choice if the price is not too expensive.

Nice new hotel connected to subway station and a large supermarket on the Basement floor, food court is on the 5th floor, lobby on the 7th floor. Some staff talks in good English while others do not speak well - all of them are polite and efficient. clean and comfortable new room but a bit noisy facing the main road. We can see the Doshin/UHB fireworks on the 18th floor with some obstructions from tall buildings. I shall stay again in the future!

Excellent location, services, room cleanness and facilities. You can find a washing machine and microwave oven in your room! The scallops miso soup provided in the breakfast buffet was amazing! Will come back and stay in this hotel next time when I visit Sapporo again 😊

[Service] 5-star service, the service staff is very sufficient and polite, there is a lunch reception staff, [Room] The space is relatively large in Japanese hotels, and a lot of effort has been put into the decoration design, which is very unique. [Location] There is a big shopping mall across the street, the largest and most concentrated main outdoor brand mall in Sapporo, both Torii and Miyama; Location The hotel is a bit far from the subway, if you rely on rail transportation every day, it is not so convenient

The location is unbeatable - only a couple minutes walking distance from Sapporo Station and it’s the pickup point of many one day tour so we even saved the time of walking to the pickup point. The hotel is rather old but well-maintained. The room is a bit small for 2 persons, but acceptable considering that this is common in most of the hotels in Japan. There are a few convenient stores around which is a big advantage, and the famous crab restaurant is just round the corner. Close to metro station and it’s not far away from the main shopping and restaurant area.

Clean, tidy and nice room, location is good which near Sapporo city center, good services from front desk. Highly recommend for business and all type of travel stay.

I recently stayed at the Keio Plaza Hotel Sapporo for three nights in a Standard Family Room on the 7th floor and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. The room comfortably accommodated our group of four, and we were pleasantly surprised to find two separate bathrooms with bathtubs, which added a significant level of convenience for our family. While the room did not offer any particular views, the value for money was undeniable. The hotel's buffet spread was another highlight of our stay. With a wide variety of options, it catered well to different tastes and preferences, ensuring a satisfying start to each day. A couple of logistical aspects made our stay even more seamless. We were able to return our rental car directly at the hotel, having rented from Toyota Rent-a-Car. This saved us a lot of time and hassle. Additionally, we utilized the Airport Bus service from the hotel, purchasing tickets easily at the front desk on the day of our departure. This convenience allowed us to relax and enjoy our last moments in Sapporo without any stress. One of the most impressive aspects of our stay was the excellent service. We had purchased quite a bit of chocolate from the Royce Chocolate Factory, and the hotel staff went above and beyond by accepting and storing our delivery until we arrived a day or two later. This level of service truly enhanced our experience. The hotel's location is another significant advantage. It is about a 10-minute walk from Sapporo Station, making it very accessible. For those interested in exploring local shopping areas, Tanuki Koji is a manageable 30-minute walk away. Overall, the Keio Plaza Hotel Sapporo offers excellent value for money with its well-appointed rooms, great amenities, convenient location, and outstanding service. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sapporo.

Stayed for my first 2 nights at Sapporo, before embarkjng on hokkaido road trip. Returned to this same hotel for the last leg. Enjoyed the good location which is within walking distance to Sapporo Station. Highly recommended!
