剛開業一年的酒店，設施完備且嶄新。步行到北海道大學大約10分鐘，步行到札幌站北口大約5分鐘（洞爺湖接送巴士大多在北口接人），通過地下通道步行到大丸百貨大概10分鐘。

Facilities: They are all relatively new. The charging ports are both C and A, which are quite convenient. The area is okay, not too big or small, but I personally feel that it is still a bit difficult to fully open the 26-meter suitcase. This room is suitable for one person. Service: Check-in. I stayed for four days. I didn’t catch up with a Chinese-speaking waiter once. I called the Chinese waiter to confirm the reservation before. According to my request, I arranged adjacent rooms for my parents and me. Most of the English is OK, but a few waiters need to improve. Big bath: I went there once in four days. There were quite a lot of people, because I came from Noboribetsu and Lake Toya, and I felt that there was still a gap. And I personally think that the hygiene of the big bath is average, and the bathtub in the room is good. Location: It is really far from JR, especially for those who are pulling luggage. I chartered a car and came directly from Lake Toya. When I explored the road by myself, I found that it really takes 15 to 20 minutes to walk. Please be careful with the elderly and children and luggage. There is a 7-11 downstairs, a Hokkaido specialty supermarket 2 minutes away, and Tokyu Department Store is 20 minutes away if you are not afraid of distance. Uniqlo has Hokkaido limited T-shirts, hands, GU, and Daimaru, which are basically enough. If you want a lively place, don't stay in this hotel.
