It's conveniently located near Sapporo Station. There is no breakfast, but you can get a meal voucher that can be used at the Dotour next door (sandwiches and drinks). There are many izakayas, yakiniku restaurants, and yakitori restaurants in the area, so you won't have any trouble finding a place to eat unless it's a weekend. If I had to say one thing, I was a bit concerned about the fact that the air conditioning in the room didn't work the way I wanted it to (I couldn't turn on the heating even though it was the end of October), but I'd definitely use it again.

Since it is very close to Sapporo Station, you can walk to the Clock Tower, TV Tower, Tanukikoji Shopping Street, and more.
Otaru is also about 30 minutes away by train, so I stayed at this hotel for two nights.
I didn't know this when I made the reservation, but I was given a free coupon for a selectable breakfast set at Doutor Coffee next door, which was nice and delicious.
