Mercure Hotel Sapporo Reviews

The hotel is located at the bazering susukino, many food outlets, shopping outlets around. Hotel lobby located at level 3, this is the big drawback, you need to go hotel lobby first before can take another lift to the room. Other than that the room size is reasonable, breakfast was good, staff are friendly, got free coffee at lobby. Still a good choice if the price is not too expensive.

Hotel located at a great location and near the metro. With lots of food choices to choose from and short walk to shopping at Odari.

Spacious room and good location. Amenities are a bit too environmentally friendly (wooden toothbrush and toothpaste in paper packet) but overall very clean.

Very good Mercure chain hotel. Limousine airport bus stop just accross main road (Bus stop infront of sushizanmai resto). The male reception name Yan is helpful and fluent in english. Thkyou for the clearly information.

Hotel location is great, convenient store is just next door. It is near train station and also bus stop airport. Very comfortable pyjamas.

More English speaking staff in this hotel. Good buffet breakfast spread, free for kids under 12. We got scammed by a taxi driver, and the hotel staff tried to call the taxi company and wrote a letter to update us. Although it was unresolved, at least they tried. Close to shopping, snow festival sights, food etc. 1 coin operated guest laundry on every floor.

Excellent location. Plenty of shopping, food and transport options nearby. Room is comfy. But slightly noisy from street noise Breakfast is good

Pleasantly surprised by the large size for twin room. Super convenient location with airport limousine bus. A lot of eateries in the neighbourhood. Metro station a stone throw away.

Positive point - Perfect location close to subway and susukino area. Enjoy shopping around. - Perfect of staff hospitality and their English language - Hotel provide free coffee & coco machine which is very good - Good bed pillow and clean Down side - You cant turn on aircon during winter - May. If you open the window, you will hear the ambulance noise very often, every day too.

Excellent location and ease to city centre. Lots of shops and restaurants around the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff and excellent English, no problem as an international visitors. Environmentally friendly amentities, meeting international standard. Proud to be an Accor members with their quality of hotel.

I rate our stay at Mercure Sapporo as 5 stars for excellent staff service who went out of their way to please their guests, great buffet breakfast and spacious room. Check in & check out were fast. And very environmentally friendly. Location is also great and you just have to cross to the other side to ride the airport limo bus. Also near convenience stores and lots of shops/restaurants. I also appreciated their breakfast box where in the guests can take out their breakfast if they are in a rush or if the line is very long. Finally, i wish to thanks all the hotel staff for allowing us to use their trolley to carry our luggages from the hotel to the airport limo bus stop and accompanied by a hotel staff since I have to push my wife’s wheelchair. We really enjoyed our stay at Mercure and will book again at this hotel if we visit Sapporo again. Really value for money. Thank you so much, Mercure Sapporo!
