"We stayed in the Hollywood Twin Room, and although it was a bit small, it was incredibly clean and well-arranged! The hotel offers excellent value for money overall. Downstairs at check-in, they provide complimentary toiletries, and even mouthwash, toner, lotion, and makeup remover! I'd give the hotel facilities a perfect score; there's a self-service laundry room, ice machine, microwave, refrigerator, and even a dedicated smoking room. My favorite part is the 24-hour free coffee, and the quality is absolutely top-notch! 😌"

"The room was spacious, and like last time, all three beds in Keio Plaza Hotel's triple room were proper beds, not temporary rollaways, so we could easily open three suitcases without a problem. After a year, we stayed at Keio again, and the breakfast was still a major highlight – it's really great. However, the luggage storage process after check-out has changed. Before, a staff member would directly help me store my bags at the counter. Now, I have to push them about thirty meters to an automatic locker, which is a bit inconvenient. It's not very friendly for us older folks."

"The hotel's location is great, right outside JR Susukino Station. It's next to the Risokoji shopping street, and there are many small shops along the underground JR street too. You'll have no trouble finding food, and there's a supermarket downstairs. The hotel lobby is on the second floor, and they provide free drink coupons – one for each day you stay, based on the number of guests. I booked a Deluxe King Panorama room, which had a good view. The water pressure in the shower was excellent and very comfortable. The air conditioning was super warm in winter."

"This hotel boasts an excellent location, situated above Cocono with a mall and cinema downstairs. It's seamlessly connected to Susukino subway station underground. I took the airport bus from New Chitose to Minami 3-jo, and it was just a 5-minute walk to the hotel. Sapporo isn't very big, so most places are only one or two stops away by subway, or even walkable if you're up for it. Dining and shopping options are very convenient; Tanukikoji is close by, and there's a *** (likely referring to a convenience store or similar, but kept as is since it's unclear) not far downstairs. When leaving, the airport bus stop is just across the street, a 2-minute walk, making trips to the airport super convenient. The breakfast buffet is also very rich, with main dishes rotated daily, including roast meat bowls, Wagyu beef bowls, and seafood bowls. I booked a larger twin room, and it was indeed more spacious than typical rooms, with enough space to open luggage. This will definitely be my top choice for future visits to Sapporo."

"You do not have to worry about snowing or raining whenever you want to pull your trolley luggage between hotel and Sapporo Station. Because they have an underground pass connecting to the hotel without any exposure to sky. The public bath is clean and maintained well. They also provide towels so you do not need to bring from your room. They allowed me to store my luggage at the hotel a day earlier before I checked in. Which help me to save my cost in coin locker at station."

"The room isn't huge, but it's well-equipped, clean, and tidy. The front desk staff were polite, and overall, I had a great experience. The location is super close to Tanukikoji, and from there, you can easily walk through the underground shopping street to Susukino or Sapporo Station. Highly recommended!"

"First of all the hotel size and location is reasonable. onsen is ok, the water can be hotter. It's very popular during evening times. There is only one washing machine so it's difficult to get a slot. Sleepwise is ok, there is a lack of moisturiser in the room. You have to get it at the reception, just saw the info when I was checking out. however at the end of my stay the overall service left a bad taste in my mouth. I requested for my luggage to be delivered to the next hotel. However upon reaching the next hotel, only one of my luggage reached the location. When I wrote back asking the hotel. They pushed the responsibility back to me asking me to check with the delivery company instead. I am a foreigner in Japan. And being asked to check with a Japanese transport company of my missing luggage sent by the hotel. I can't communicate in Japanese. How am I supposed to talk to the transport company? For a country famed to be highly efficient in their delivery and service, my two luggage to be delivered turn out to only one and the hotel who delivered my luggage is not helping so ridiculous. This is a memorable stay for it in a bad way. I am tempted to leave every thing one star but I am not as unreasonable like this hotel service."

"The triple room was a bit cramped, but with some clever rearranging, it worked out great. The bathroom's odor extraction and dehumidifying features were surprisingly powerful, and I have no idea how they managed it since there's no visible switch or noise. Every day, I'd head to the second-floor hot spring bath; it was so relaxing and never crowded. Just remember to bring your room key to scan for entry. The hotel is conveniently located directly across from Hokkaido University, offering beautiful and pleasant views. We even found a university supermarket next to the campus cafeteria with delightful prices for souvenirs and food, where I snagged some limited-edition Sapporo Agricultural College egg tarts! The hotel's surroundings offer excellent transportation links; it's less than a ten-minute walk to the JR station's North Exit and Daimaru Department Store."

"The location is fantastic! The building really stands out, and there are tons of restaurants and shops nearby, plus it's super convenient for transport. However, the room itself was a big disappointment. First, the window offered absolutely no view and couldn't even be opened – it felt like I'd booked a windowless room. Second, there were several hairs on the toilet seat, actually stuck in the middle. I was so exhausted after a long day of travel that I didn't even think to take pictures as evidence."

Every detail is meticulously made to ensure Hotel Guests are pampered for the best hospitality experience! Convenient location & easy access to Sapporo JR Station and Great underpass to link all key attractions and shopping malls! Rain or Shine, and not even Snowstorm could stop us from going places to places!"
