Even though I hadn't put up a sign requesting cleaning, they came in without my permission, which was unpleasant.
I thought they wouldn't let me in, so I left my carrier open when I left, which was really awful.
The hotel is quite far from Susukino Station, but it's within walking distance so it's fine, and there's a convenience store within a 5-minute radius, so it's still okay.
The bathroom curtain doesn't work at all, so the toilet side gets all wet. The bathroom is ridiculously small!
There's no complimentary water or tea.
I won't stay here again, and I don't recommend this hotel.

It's great to be able to feel nature on the park side.
There are a lot of crows and it gets noisy from around 3am, so keep the windows closed!

I stayed here for the first time in a year. It's about a 20-minute walk from the downtown area, but it's clean and the staff are very hospitable, so I'll be staying here again soon!

Be careful to look at the map. This group has three Mystays hotels in the city center. We went to three of them and finally found the one we actually stayed in. In the usual Japanese hotel style, there are few rooms but all the essentials. The necessary facilities are still there, clean and well-organized. The only thing to note is that the parking lot attached to the hotel has a limited height. If you rent a larger car, you cannot park it in the hotel parking lot. You must park it in other parking lots near the hotel.
