Just minutes from JR, and well sheltered through the under oath is a plus point when arriving at night at 10oC temperatures. The staffs are ok though less courteous and less helpful if I compared with the others I stayed during my trip.

The staffs were friendly.
Free storing of baggage before the trip.
Breakfast was delicious and the beds were comfortable. There are also many ports for charging our devices.

Good location. Just bear in mind that this is the West one, which is the second one if you walk from the JR station.

Located 5min walk away from Sapporo Station.
Booked twin room. Rooms are spacious, staff service is amazing. We left our luggage here on the 23rd May as we were doing a roadtrip around Hokkaido, and only collected them on 29th May. Staff was super accommodating throughout, even though we left multiple bags (4 in total).
Rooms are clean, bathroom is large. Parking is available, but it was full by the time we checked in. However, staff guided us to another carpark opposite the hotel which charges the same price.
Will stay again when back in Sapporo.

Hotel is about 10-15 mins walk from Sapporo train station (either underground or on the street). Hotel area is on quiet side of Sapporo.

The location is acceptable - get out of JR Station South Gate, turn right straight about 5 - 7 mins.
Right connect with JR Station South Gate, there is DaiMaru Department store. At B1 floor food court
has fantastic food choices. Hotel clerk mostly with serious face and not much giving helpful hint.
While check-in, the just give me 2 keys without any words. While I use the key to public bath, it does not work.
So I have go down to the front desk. Then they tell me 2 keys are different color - one for men publish bath,
one for women. They suppose telling the customer while check-in. Really unprofessional.
Hotels says that have afternoon dessert bar in 2nd floor - but it is just a shiiiii - some sugar drink with
kids bag cookie - totally different with the menu posted in lobby. that is just a cheating....
Public bath is really small at low quality. So besides the location, nothing worth.

This hotel has great location and helpful staff who understand English. Service and breakfast was good.

The front desk Japanese staff speaks good English and can communicate well with the customers. The room is spacious and new. The bathroom is clean. Will certainly recommend to my friends.

This is absolutely the best hotel I stayed in Sapporo, it’s so nice, comfy and most importantly, affordable! The room is so pretty and it feels modern / western. The room is clean and it’s also very neat the Sapporo station, about 10 mins walk.
I’m surprised that they even have a mini onsen in this hotel, there are different types of shampoo for you to choose from as well. This is my favourite hotel so far, will come back again if I’m visiting Sapporo again!
