The location is out of the downtown area, so 4 stars.
The room is clean, but the bathroom smells like half-dried, so it's a minus.
Check-in and check-out are at 15:00 and 10:00.
There is also a problem with the schedule, but as an impression, I can't get rid of the feeling of being expensive.

Nice hotel within walking distance to lots of interesting things and places, including the university; only a few minutes' walk from a subway station; very reasonable rate considering the prevailing hotel rate in Sapporo due to labor shortage etc.

The female staff at the front desk is kind and courteous. Thank you for making me feel comfortable when I checked out. The room was quiet and comfortable so I had a good night's sleep.
