It was a busy season and I accidentally booked the wrong room type which is smoking and they don’t allow for a change, hotel were quite old but modern looking lobby.

The room was surprisingly spacious. It is in the heart of Susukino where there are many restaurants and bars to go to during the evening. The complimentary breakfast was the usual hotel breakfast offering of most hotels, which is absolutely fine… parking is quite expensive though. Nevertheless, this hotel is highly recommended for your Sapporo stay…

I did the early check in and dropped the bag in the hotel, 2 nights was booked under different booking and the receptionist was very helpful to combine the bookings for me. Superb location and great Japanese breakfast. Recommend to book early for better deal, last minutes booking is always cost more.

Walking distance to Susukino station. The room is small and compact, but it's very quiet, probably because it's one street away from the main street.
There is also a large public bath, and breakfast is free. it is value for money.
There is a Lawson on the first floor, which can be accessed without going outside.
I will choose to stay with Route-Inn hotel if I come back to Hokkaido as all its hotel provide public bath.

The room is not big, but it can fit a 30-inch suitcase. Opposite is the Ferris wheel. I think the night view is beautiful, but there is no coffee table to make tea and drink fine wine. The hygiene is average. The advantage is that it is very lively and there are many restaurants downstairs. The bathhouse upstairs is open until 2 o'clock. When I went there, there were not many people, so I could enjoy it.

5 minutes walk from Susukino Station. There are many shops along the way. You can walk a few steps to Ramen Street to eat noodles late at night. There is a Lawson downstairs. The breakfast tastes OK but it is very convenient. The original reservation did not include breakfast, but the front desk gave two nights of breakfast, which was very good. The most noteworthy thing about the hotel is that there is a bathhouse. It is very comfortable to soak in it at night. The room is small but fully equipped. I will consider staying here again in the future.
