Hotel Ronshan Sapporo Reviews

We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days with our 1 year old. Our child sleeps badly so we were looking for a Japanese style room with a bed, but we decided on this hotel because the bathroom was as spacious as our home. It was a Japanese style room, but there was a chair and we could use the chair belt we brought to help our child sit and feed him. There was also a microwave on the 5th floor, which was very convenient. There were extra pillows and blankets on the 5th floor, which was also convenient. The bath had a lot of water and hot water came out quickly. The location is also good, close to the downtown area. There was a large built-in desk that our child couldn't reach, which was convenient for storing various things. I didn't mind it, but my wife said that the tatami mats were sagging and itchy in some places, so she said she would like that to be improved. In my opinion, the sink in the bathroom was unnecessarily large and there was almost no place to put things, so it would be nice if they made a shelf a little higher. We planned to move around on our backs, but our child was heavy and we were exhausted after one day, so the next morning we rented a stroller at the tourist center at Sapporo Station. The dirt floor area was large enough to hold a stroller, but the door opened inwards, so we had to climb up in front of the toilet before opening and closing the door. The location was convenient, so we could go back to the hotel and then go somewhere else. We visited the tourist spots, returned to the hotel in the evening, took a rest, then went to a yakiniku restaurant behind it, or walked a little further to the conveyor belt sushi restaurant Toriton. On the last day, we had breakfast at Komeda Coffee in Tanukikoji Shopping Street, returned to our room, checked out, and on the way to Sapporo Station, we stopped by Saera Crab Sandwich and Hotei at the Red Brick Terrace for takeout and ate it at the airport.
