so nice

The service is very good and the lobby is nice. The room was not good. There was no quilt cover, just a layer of sheets, which didn't feel very clean. The air conditioner in the room is not cold enough and it is so hot. The toilet always smells like urine.

I don't know about meals because it's a room only plan, but the room was clean and well-maintained. It was very helpful because it was close to the station and the location was good.

何度目かの宿泊でした。 部屋の内装が新しくなっていましたが、ユニットバスはそのままで、泊まった部屋のシャワーのお湯が安定しなかったのが残念でした。 こちらのおすすめは朝食です。 和食・洋食・海鮮丼と選べます。 美味しいです。

安価ですごく良いです

少し歩きますがJR琴似駅から外に出ずにホテルに行けますので冬は助かります。 フロントはとても丁寧で親切。初日は1人でシングル、翌日は友人とツインに宿泊。 いずれもキチンと清掃されていて、ツインはとても広かったです。料金も高くなく申し分ないホテルなのですが、ひとつだけ……浴室の段差が今まで宿泊したホテルの中で1番高かったです笑
