The location is along the street, easy to find, there is a convenience store nearby, not too far from the subway station, it may take about 10 minutes to walk there, but it is still very convenient to Susukino

Rooms are small but perfectly adequate for a solo traveler.

Everything is good and looks safe. The staff are polite but wish there were more breakfast options. Even though it is included in the cost of accommodation. As for the location, it might be far if you don't like walking far from the subway station. But it's very cheap here.
