The room is big but there is an unpleasant smell all trough my stay.

Although we booked the non-smoking room, we got the smell of cigarettes and the toilet's bidet wasn't working.

Facilities: Standard Japanese business hotel layout, with all the necessary amenities such as hair dryer, washing, shaving, etc., and shower and bath. Comfortable bedding, and tables and chairs for sitting and drinking. Hygiene: Clean bathroom, no dust smell on the carpet in the house. Environment: The window is equipped with a limiter, and the room is very warm. It is very close to the subway station, and it takes 10-15 minutes to get to Sapporo Station by subway. Service: Friendly front desk, free storage service is provided on the day of check-in and check-out.

I was pleasantly surprised to find that the bus stop from the airport was nearby. The room was spacious compared to other hotels, and although there were some concerns such as the oldness of the facilities, it was worth the price! The built-in alarm clock went off every day and there was no way to adjust it, so I had to get back early from my night out in Susukino to get there, so it was good that I didn't have to spend a lot of money, but even if I forgot and went to bed early, the alarm was a surprise. If you are concerned about this, why not check when you check in? I wanted to stay longer and relax, but the cleaning staff were hard at work at 9am, so I could get up early and stay in Susukino until morning, so I would recommend other hotels.

The front desk staff was disappointing. I wish they would at least greet customers properly. Was it because I was a woman? They treated me differently than the middle-aged male customers. It may be unavoidable since the price was reasonable, but I wish they would at least teach them how to greet.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The standard facilities are sufficient. It easily surpasses the quality of business hotels in regional cities.

The room was spacious so I was able to relax. The toilet was old and the water didn't flow well. It was a shame that the air conditioning couldn't be set to cool.

The address displayed by Ctrip was wrong, so we dragged our luggage to another hotel late at night, and were treated coldly by the front desk of another hotel, throwing things at us. Everything is fine except for the wrong address. The room is very large and very satisfying. The location is okay too. It is within walking distance of Susukino and Tanukikoji.

The scary thing is that when I got the key and opened the door, I found the humidifier inside was roaring. I was worried that I had entered the wrong room, but after hesitating for a few seconds, I mustered up the courage to continue entering the room: it was a mess. No cleaning! After giving feedback to the front desk, I was moved to a triple room. But I am traveling alone! The triple room is not very big, I want a double bed room! But I was in a foreign country, unfamiliar with the place, and communication was difficult, so I decided to make do with it overnight.

Not very good, but the price is cheap after all, so it is destined to be different from a good hotel. The service is quite good, but the facilities are very old. The blue quilt is not reassuring when you look at it. I don't know if it is clean. Moreover, the quilt smells a bit, damp.

Overall I was satisfied, but the biggest minus was that you couldn't store your luggage after check-out. If I had known that from the beginning, I probably wouldn't have chosen this place.

This is the second time I have stayed here. Although I reserved a non-smoking room, there was a bit of a smell when I entered the room. After spraying it with aromatherapy, it got better. The space is much larger than that of ordinary business hotels. It is still very comfortable to live in and the price/performance ratio is still good. very high

The facilities and rooms here are very complete and the layout is very warm. The price is very affordable and Xiaolinzi's service is very attentive. I will come again next time.

It's an old hotel but the staff is very nice
