Well located next to HosuiSusukino Subway exit and not far from shopping street. Efficient hotel service and clean room. However, the quality of food served at the breakfast is not very good. Will recommend the hotel but not the breakfast.

Located strategically next to a Subway station, Hosuisusukino. Walking distant to shopping area and lots of food around the hotel. The rooms are clean and staffs are friendly, helpful and informative.

Nice location and good price for a great stay. Cozy room size but big enough to be comfortable. Friendly staff too. Would stay again!

We love the hotel. Amazed with their amenities, free facial mask, free hair wax and other Toiletries not common with other hotels. The breakfast is great authentic Japanese. They also served ramen DIY. Excellent location which 3 mins walk to MRT Station

The location is good but the room is small for the price point. The lift took long to come as it was always packed, especially at check out time. The washing machines and dryer only accept card payment, machines instructions are not so user friendly for those who are not local.

First of all, it's in a great location, so it's especially recommended if you're going out for dinner or sightseeing.
It was an automatic check-in, but there was a staff member there who provided explanations that were easy to understand.

There are self-service check-in and check-out machines on the first floor.
The hotel is in an excellent location, right in front of Hosui-Susukino subway station.
It takes less than 10 minutes to walk to the nikka billboard intersection.

It's Sapporo in winter, the white snow is very beautiful, and it feels good to arrive at the snow festival! This room is very cost effective.
Very convenient location, it takes about 3 minutes to walk to the city center. There are Odori Park, Tanukikoji, Parco, and underground shopping streets.
There is a direct bus to the airport in just a few minutes' walk, which is very convenient.
This hotel is almost entirely self-check-in, but there are also front desk staff to assist.
If you arrive at the hotel early, you can store your luggage with card lock first, which is safe.
