Location still 5-10min walk from JR station. Will be consider a distance if under cold weather. Hot bath available. However will be good if hotel can provide free or discounted parking for guests

"Super convenient for traveling by train and bus due to its location in the city of Sapporo and proximity to many stations. Enjoy complimentary Pop Ice between onsen sessions from afternoon to midnight. Additionally, guests can help themselves to free instant coffee, tea, and other amenities at the main lobby." It was a little challenging for us to get to the hotel on our arrival day due to the Shinkansei Line construction around the JR station. Other than that, the location is almost perfect: close to the JR station and the Hokkaido University, with a few large department stores near by and a Family Mart close to the hotel. Breakfast was okay, nothing too special and was a little small in my opinion, however I love their cherry tomatoes and milk. Parking was 1300 yen per day.

Pros: location, walking distance to all the attraction sites. Delicious breakfast, very comfortable beds. All staffs are super polite and friendly.
Con: 600 yen to use wash machine and 100 yen for dryer. Hot pool does not have towel, you will need to bring it from hotel room. The hotel room is quite small hard to fit big luggages.

I arrived at 2 pm and they let me check in early. They also provide umbrellas when it is raining. The hotel locates next to the railway so it can be noisy but the double window will block most of the noise. You can get drinking water and microwave at 2/F, would be helpful if there are more. Washing machine cost 650 yen which can be expensive for small load.

Blankets are stained with blood and not cleaned after the last time use of customer.

Excellent location. Walking distance to JR Tower n Sapporo Station. Room looks dated. Hot bath is a bit small but was delighted that they provided free ice snacks after your bath. Overall, the stay is comfortable and I will choose here again.
