Jackson ins Restorent service was awesome.Room service staff was also helping in nature.I didn't get much time to explore all other amenities of the hotel.But overall, it was great experience 😊👍🏻.

We were 11 people visited mahabaleswar and stayed in jivanta. Excellent spacious rooms. Well maintained. Friendly staff. We stayed in first and second floor. As some of us were senior citizen, we suggested for a lift to be installed, which would enable people for easy access to their rooms. The hotel authorities assured that they would look into this. Would surely recommend this hotel to customers.

Stay was good with clean rooms. Restaurant was clean but service was way too slow. We asked for bottle opener in room they said they have only one and couldn’t give it. We asked for menu card in room for in room dining but they couldn’t give as they said they have only one. Breakfast was ok and not upto mark only good thing was location of hotel which is near to all the areas in city and clean rooms
