The room is good but service is pathetic

Property is good but other services are bad. Like room service, no pick up drop facility, no any freez available at room.

Overall location food amenities services are good but room size is small there is insufficient space

The hotel staff working there are miss mannered. They will come and try to open the door at midnight with the master key when you are sleeping. You will get many surprise bills of food that you have not consumed and during check out will be asked to pay for those and all staff will say please pay it or it will get deducted from my salary. Food is terrible zero hygiene at the hotel bed where stinking. All toiletries where empty and was decorated with those in washroom. After the complaint, also no one will take care of this issue

Rooms are big but not at all maintained. Ac also not working properly. They hardly have any staff to attend the guests.

Good it is nice by all type of facility

Value for money. Everybody has to stay here. This is my personal recommendation.
