We lived in a double room, because we were on holiday with 2 children.
The hotel consists of 3 buildings, we were accommodated in the one closest to the road with windows facing the road (Sukhumvit road), very noisy, especially at night. We were not able to change the room, the employee at the reception said that double rooms are only available with this location (on the road).
On the first day there was no hot water and the safe did not work, but the issue was quickly resolved after contacting the reception.
The renovation is not fresh, but the hotel tries to maintain cleanliness, there were no issues with the bedding.
The breakfast is good, varied, 5.
The location is remote, but we were by car, so the location did not affect the quality of the holiday. There are parking spaces.
The staff is friendly, they helped with all questions.
