The Chateau is really well renovated, and ist just a lovely place for a short stay. It is not easy to find a B&B in a Chateau that is so well maintained. The welcome was very warm and friendly. You have to realize that this place is in a small town without any decent restaurant, so you have to drive 10 minutes to Villeneuve lez Avignon, where you have plenty of good choices. We had a nice dinner there. Breakfast next morning was very good. So, our stay was very nice but we had 2 issues. First of all, our room was upstairs and it was very noisy. If your neighbor goes to the bathroom you hear everything. Our neighbor took a shower at 6 in the morning, we were fully awake. The second point was the shower. If you pay 300 Euro's for a B&B, I expect to be able to take a decent shower. The water pressure was so low, that showering is a real challenge (standing in a bath without a shower wall). As we don't like to write a review without having addressed the issue, we discussed our problem at the check out. The reaction of the lady that checked us out was very strange: OK, thank you! I was waiting if she would ask or say something more, but she just continued her work. So, there is quit some room for improvement in how to handle a customer complaint.
