The location was fantastic! The room was ok. Very small. The bathroom is where we had most of our issues. No hair dryer(but we called the front desk and got one), no fan for during showers so it got very steamy, sink must've been clogged because it drained very slow, the lotion they provided came out like cloudy water, the shower curtain was ripped so water leaked all over floor.
The bar is only open for like 2 hours.

Never used the valet parking. Was still charged the $45 per night parking fee. At check out, I had them remove the charge. Got home to find out I was charged for it anyway. Called twice so far. Still no credit. Bed was comfortable, room was clean. Pot smoke seeping in to our room from the stairwell was bad. Manager said she has tried to stop it but there’s nothing they can do. Elevator was broken during our stay. Staff was nice. But I won’t stay here again.

Its an overall decent property, but for the pice, they can offer much more. Location is great; right across from the river. It's right next to Reynold's Square and the Olde Pink House Restaurant. One can easily walk to all 22 squares in the historic district. The room I stayed was just a usual Holiday Inn room; nothing exceptional. It was clean enough. The cleaning people didn't clean our room after the first night, so we came back after a long day of touring to a room was was not made up. We told the front desk and we were told that room cleaning was every other day. We weren't told this when we checked in. They did however send someone to clean the room when we told them that we wanted our room made. Breakfast was nothing to write home about; I'd give it 5 out of 10. One of two elevators didn't work, which made for a long wait in the mornings and evenings. The one that worked made a rattling noise like it was going to drop down. The Breakfast ladies and front desk were always nice. For $315 a night, I expected more. Would I stay again, probably yes, but that's due to the location .
