Very nice rooms. Staff were friendly and easy to talk to. I would definitely recommend this hotel plus is not far from most eating and activity places

No house keeping, blamed the stains, holes and rooms not being cleaned properly on older staff members with “bad eye sight “ We had to go buy our on wash rags due to them not having any cleaned at 6pm in the evening

Very nice needs work on room service other than that very nice. Howard Johnson is our favorite place to stay affordable clean pool great service.

I had a nice week long stay. For the price that I paid the service was good (not fancy, but good) and what I expected. Breakfast is better during the weekend, that the week days. I noticed many families stayed with their children in this hotel. The pool was very useful for the children.

Room not clean, broken toilet, broken power outlet in bathroom, hair left in the sink and bathtub, Floors were dirty, do not walk around bare feet, they will be dirty.

Walls are less than paper thin. Check in after 9pm. Neighbors were talking. Not talking loud. Simply talking. Sounded like they were standing right next to the bed. Checked out 2:30 am. That is after asking for a different room. Night clerk refused. Can't happen. Not possible. Called the hotel for the manager later in the day. Guy on the phone absolutely refused to give the managers name but slipped up later & said " Why would I give you my name?". Very poor management skills. Even worse character & (lack of) integrity. Explained the situation to him which went nowhere which was obvious after the name game. Asked for a refund. Take a guess what happened there. I called Wyndham after that. They are investigating. Note: Like an employee, Ho Jo's represents Wyndham. We'll see what kind of "employee's" Wyndham likes to represent them.

Disgusting room sheets and towels all soaking wet, amd sticky sheets amd pillow cases and the floors all wet amd slippery owners were Nast amd tried blaming me for the Room condition and they charged me and early admittance fee which never any hotel did to me . Horrible conditions they should be stripped of their owner license how they treated me as they are supposed to be a hospitality business

We slept with someone else’s tooth brush. Yes that’s right LOL. We were in bed and felt a tooth brush. It wasn’t ours. Meaning they did not in fact wash the bedding. Which is surprising given the rooms made us soaked due to humidity. Disgusting

I stayed here a bunch actually in 2020 and since April of 2023 working on out of town jobs. I noticed that I was charged 2 days when I didn’t stay one of those nights. I simply asked to add just one day only and yet I was charged twice. When I went to front desk the manager thought it was all bogus. He started to raise his voice at me and i simply walked out saying See if I ever stay another day here again. I wouldn’t recommend it at all. Poor customer service and fraud are not what you do to someone who’s trying to work for a living. NEVER AGAIN!!!
