Very friendly and helpful staff including valet. Awesome location, excellent amenities, breakfast was very good. Very clean room, excellent shower and comfortable beds. The only disappointment was the elevator wait times for this busy hotel because they only had one of two elevators working during our 2 night stay.

We were only in town for one night this time around and we hadn't made reservations yet, since it was a spur of the moment trip. We walked in the lobby and they greeted us right away. The desk clerk helped me make a reservation on my Honors app and then checked us in. She mentioned a place to eat, so we valeted the car and walked down the street a ways. Great recommendation! We came back and decided to have a drink at the bar, my friend mentioned that it was my birthday and the Manager said, "our next drink is on the Hotel." Very kind staff. The bartender, Dream was awesome and the new Concierge was very helpful, friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend this Hampton Inn. Don't miss the rooftop pool!

No functioning elevator, no room service. Rooms are very outdated and not cleaned properly. Beds and pillows are a joke. This hotel has very poor quality, hygiene and maintenance. Not enough chairs by the pool. Staff are not that helpful. Not Hilton standards!!! First and last time we stayed here.

We stayed here both in June of 2024 and August 2024. In June we checked in late evening. Everything went well - the room was nice and clean and the breakfast was pretty standard. They only had one elevator working which was incredibly slow so we used the stairs most of the time. The valet service is expensive and they lost our car once. When we arrived in August to check in at 3, they didn’t have a room ready for us. No apologies, just that they had been fully booked the night before so they didn’t know when they’d even have a room ready. This seemed a little ridiculous since checkin is at 3 and disappointing that they didn’t even apologize. The lobby was full of people waiting for the next hour for their rooms to be ready. The room again was nice and clean. Unfortunately though they again had only one elevator working. It’s a good price and great location but just know that their customer service is below average.

Newer hotel, modern. King-size room was clean, roomy and neatly appointed. I liked the furniture's built-in luggage shelf. I appreciated having a hot breakfast and hot coffee each morning. There's bar service in the lobby in the evening. Location is easy to everything. Steps away from Reynolds Square, the Olde Pink House restaurant, the trolley tour stop, two blocks from Leopold's ice cream. Cons: how can an elevator be out of service for months? Is there not an elevator repair service in Savannah or the state of Georgia? On the evening of Sun., Sept. 1st and Mon., Sept. 2nd (Labor Day 2024) BOTH elevators in the 7-story hotel were out of service. Both elevators. Unacceptable. If you stay here, ask for a lower floor. Also, the doors by the stairs open and close very loudly and woke me up before 6 am. Not happy about that.

Great location and all of the staff were outstanding. Our room had a problem with the TV and Coffee maker - which never got fixed even though we reported it on day one. One elevator was down the whole tiem leaving only 1 operable for 7 stories. The breakfast was great - awesome choices and variety and the staff was super friendly. front desk great too. the parking is a pain - it's $50 per night plus tip every time you get your car out. If you do the tip on the app - min allowed is $5, recommended is $7. That's alot for in/out at $50/night. Location was perfect as was the view. Splurge for the river views!!

We love the fact that there was a bar in the lobby as well as a concierge available during the day. The location was fabulous and the room was very clean.
