This is basically a double storey house in a residential area and each room is intended to be rented. Once the booking is made, the owner will send you the detailed check in procedures as you will need to check in yourself. However, the owner will only send you the passcode for the main door entrance as well as your room one day before your check in date. Good job to the owner as he is really helpful and responsive. As for the car parking issue, there are very limited parking spaces, you will have to park your car around the compound with other residents. I have booked the deluxe family suite for 4 adults of 3D2N, the room saiz is considered larger with basic amenities. There is no fridge or TV, but there is a complimentary Wi-Fi connection. In terms of location, it is very close to the city center, only about a 10-minute drive. There are many restaurants can be found near the homestay, ie. McD, Starbucks, Chicken Rice Shop, Domino's Pizza etc. Overall, this homestay is comfortable and homely, although there are no big wow factors.
