Schaumburg Hotels with Bars

Satisfied stay in Fairfield Marriott! Breakfast is really delicious! Swimming pool’s water temperature was quite cold. But it was enjoyable

The Convention Center and hotel are set in beautifully landscaped grounds, with acres of free parking. The decor in the public spaces is elegant, comfortable, and timeless. Digital check-in worked flawlessly and we had no need to speak to staff during our stay, using the digital key in the Marriot app to access the room. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. Our disappointment started at around 1am, with a persistent vibration in the walls of the bathroom, loud enough to wake us. Fortunately it only lasted for 15 minutes or so. When we took our showers the next morning we thought at first there was no hot water, but after around 5 or 6 minutes the tepid stream became slowly warmer - and the nooise in the walls returned in earnest! At one point the pipe noise exceeded 72 Db according to my phone, and changed depending on how we had the tub faucet set. The vibration through the walls was fairly intense!

I absolutely will never stay here again. It’s a terrible hotel. Absolutely out of date. The pool was down and I had a “me” night looking forward to swimming by myself with none of my family around and it was closed for maintenance. There was a red stain on the wall looks like blôöd. I did post a pic but I don’t know if it’s going to show. The tv is slow as all heck. It took forever for it to respond and they don’t have a guide to see what the options are. They don’t have room service even though the site said it does. No tea in the room however there is coffee for those who drink. The room is definitely lacking any current style. The elevators button has to be pressed 3 times on the 3rd floor. They were also running low on the great warm cookies everyone is accustomed to receiving while checking in. I got a vegan one. No hate to those and glad they can accommodate but come on. Not even the thing you are known for? The phone was so old it was funny. For a busy hotel you would think they would sink some funds into to actually accommodate ppl while traveling or having a person night out. I am pressing the guide button to bring up the channel options in the picture of the remote and the tv. Notice it says unavailable.

We held a 4-day long training event here mid-May. Event staff was fantastic. Food was very good (outside catering company organized by hotel) and everything was right on time. Only complaint would be the a/c in one of the meeting rooms couldn't keep up and in the other room was too 'strong'. As far as guest rooms go, they are definitely ready for a refresh. We had the misfortune of having a large group of kids (travel hockey) the last two nights and parents who must have thought that their group was the only one in the property as they let them run rampant up and down the halls. Took several calls to the front desk and then having to speak directly to the little miscreants sending them back down to their parent's floor to resolve. Otherwise, great location in easy walking distance to several very good restaurants.

Aside from the noisy garbage truck early on a Monday morning, it was great! Comfy beds, clean rooms and a bartender willing to use his phone to google drinks! Lobby was well kept. We used our daily Hilton my way perks to have a drink at the bar at the end of the day. Nice added perk, I always try to stay at Hilton properties. Only complaint was the cable tv sucked, the guide didn’t work and channels were labeled HBO were actually Showtime…so not a real big deal.

The hotel facilities are not very new, the room size is OK

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The staff particularly Mohamed at the front desk was very kind and helpful. Hot breakfast that is warm and inviting with wide variety of dishes. Location, location and location…walking distance to the Woodfield Mall on a good day. In my opinion there is no better place to stay if you plan to stay in Schaumburg.

Everything about this place screams focus on the guest. I stayed here two nights and the front desk and bartender were amazing. I never felt so welcome in a hotel before. I would definitely recommend this over some of the other Marriotts or Hilton hotels in the area.

I've been here before and I'm here again. I would like to thank Lorenzo, one of the employees, for his helpfulness and hard work at every visit. He is really always a smiling person and very, very professional in his work. Every time I come here he is always smiling and comes up to me with his calmly voice asks me if I need anything. He is so kind thank you

Courtney, the front desk host was the kindest and most accommodating I've experienced in a long time, maybe ever. The level of service at this hotel is outstanding. I am considering staying at this company more often simply due to the employees. I hope it's the same at all of them. The rooms are simple, condo style. They have everything you need and I didn't experience any issues. The pool, grill, basketball and breakfast areas are all clean and well managed. Breakfast was sooo good!!! Courtney was the highlight of my stay here!!
