The price-performance ratio is super high, and the lease is renewed directly.

My husband and I unfortunately found a bed bug in our room during my stay from June 27-June 30. We didn't see it until the very end of my stay as we were on our way out the door to catch our flight. We informed the front desk on our way out, showed a photo we took of the bed bug and the manager called me later with updates. They told me they closed off the room, they had pest control come in and they emailed me part of their report (which says they did not find any bed bugs). While it's great to hear none were found, I am still very confused as to how we found one crawling on top of our backpack. That being said, I wanted to make sure people are aware of this situation in full as they decide where to stay.

I had booked a mini suite for a one night stay prior to an early departure the next day. The room was excellent with a separate living room and bedroom. It is well set up for longer stays but ours was only one night. The only minor point is that one of the kitchen chairs is really showing its age... the vinyl is well worn. If we needed a multi night stay, this would be a good choice in my opinion. All the necessary kitchen utensils are supplied. The other minor annoyance was the shuttle ( although free ), For pickup at O'Hare you have to haul yourself and your baggage to terminal 2. ( Unless I missed some bridge between terminals, there does not appear to be a way to avoid walking outside to get to Terminal 2. ) It would be nice if they picked up at other terminals also. ( but it might be an O'Hare restriction... I don't know ) Similarly, when going to the airport, you have to appear in the lobby rather than calling down for the shuttle. And then wait for the shuttle to appear at some point. But all in all, this is a good choice for a pre-flight stay.
