Large and clean room, good restaurant but I feel like giving only 2 stars for some important shortcomings in my opinion. Wi-Fi only works on the entrance floor, it doesn't reach the third floor. Breakfast is only savory, very little in the way of sweets, not even a cake. The very basic spa. Everyone was kind but I was very upset when on the last morning at breakfast, an elderly lady from the staff, who followed the breakfasts and dinners, treated me VERY RUDELY due to a misunderstanding about the table to sit at for breakfast; I'm not saying that he shouldn't have told me anything but, working first with the public, I know well the methods that must be used, I am a customer not an employee.

This place was nice for a quick stop for our family of four. We arrived late and the staff was accommodating in communication and said they would leave a key and sent instructions. Although, when we arrived there was no key. We had to track down the owner through another hotel nearby because no one was answering the phone number I had.
We finally got into a room and the staff didn’t seem sorry at all for our troubles or the fact that we stood in the rain for thirty minutes trying to find a way into the hotel. The lady at check out the next day did apologize to my husband.
The beds were nice and the breakfast was good in the morning.
If I had to choose all over again, I would stay elsewhere.

Great typical Austrian style hotel that we only stayed at for one night. Clean, good food and local wine plus fair priced. Would like to visit again in winter season. Everyone was super nice and relaxed. The hotel is nearby the highway which is both a plus and a minus.

This was a very comfortable stay, beautiful room, spotlessly clean. Good food. Very friendly, helpful staff, especially Frau Seixner. I was unwell while there and she came personally to see how I was and whether I wanted a hot drink/ something to eat, etc. Nothing was too much trouble for this warm and welcoming staff. I thoroughly recommend this hotel.
