Super 8 by Wyndham Middletown

Nice job

The hotel itself is in terrible condition, the room was DIRTY, the carpet was not event swept, outlets did not work (so no TV, hairdryer) there was no breakfast as advertised etc.

My stay at super 8 was very pleasant. Staff was chill and my room was amazing! Everything was clean, there were no broken items, the TV had great entertainment and it was a peaceful night. I definitely recommend you to reserve a spot here.

SERIOUS SAFETY CONCERN!! At 3am our room was accessed by a strange man. The metal door guard kept the door from completely opening but a stranger was able to open our room door with an old hotel room card. My Husband had to forcibly shut the room door and the man remained outside arguing with my Husband. We spoke to the front desk and they confirmed that a the previous guest's guest was indeed able to access our room, and that even though the system should have deactivated the previous guest's card it was NOT DEACTIVATED. We spent the remainder of the night with room furniture strategically placed up against the door. In addition earlier that evening on our way into the Hotel a man loitering in the parking lot was trying to get us to give him access to the Hotel through side entrance. We politely told him we would be using the front entrance, he remained outside. But several minutes later, when we made our way to our room, he was up on our floor. Super 8 should seriously consider security for this sight.

Great price, simple

The room had a very sour smell. The carpet was very filthy and stained. The couch chair was very dirty and even too dirty to sit in the bedsprings were broken on the bed. The tub would not drain properly. Check-in was very nice and professional. It serves the purposeof getting some sleep

The staff was nice but no having breakfast it’s no good before we use to have gees and toes with juice but now we have a bag of muffin
