I have stayed at this property numerous times. This trip I was there 08/09/24 - 08/11/2024. We Stayed in room 101 which was a 3 bedroom suite. The room, pool and the grounds have always been super clean. The beds were comfortable and the room comes with a microwave and refrigerator. It is a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. For the most part, most of the hotels in Seaside are the same. What sets this hotel apart from the others is how the owner and staff genuinely care about their guests. I have stayed in many hotels / motels and have never seen this before. They go out of their way to make sure you have a great stay and will do anything for you with a smile on their faces. When I come back each time it is like seeing old friends again. Crime is not huge in Seaside but they watch that parking lot like a hawk during the overnight hours. I highly recommend this hotel and wish I could go back next weekend.

price, updated rooms, good tv, and close to everything. All doors need to be fixed - but im sure theyre aware.

This hotel must have been infested with roaches at one point but there remodeling an well the left a few dead bug behind that was a huge turn off just nasty I will never go back there we were so uncomfortable
