The room was very clean and newly decorated, and there was enough space for two large suitcases. The toilet is not in the room and you need to go out of the public area, which is not a big problem. There is a laundry room and kitchen on the first floor, with tableware, kitchen utensils and oven.

Checked in on the 15th. Told my significant other to call ahead and request early checkin ( traveling with young children ) Arrived around 1045am. At first the girl at the desk didn’t even read the notes ( or maybe no notes were inputed ). Stepped into the conversation as my significant other was the one who made the reservation. I kindly asked if we could get a complimentary early checkin and that I would leave a stellar review, as the desk agent ( female ) was about to just checkin our luggage only. Jacob the FOM steps in and sees there’s a room available, gets us in AND gives us complimentary breakfast for our 2 day stay. Super friendly, super professional could tell he didn’t mind accommodating us. FYI I have a SIGNIFICANT amount of front desk management experience in Anchorage, Alaska. Being respectful and polite to the staff at the hotel goes a LONG way. Be nice. And you will have a great stay GM… it’s people like Jacob who will one day take your job if you don’t do your job correctly ;) Keep up the good work Jacob you have tons of potential! Cyrus

This was one of the best Hotel experiences my wife and I have ever had. It began with an amazing Valet named Earnest. He was the most congenial and friendly valet I have ever met. He was unable to park our 1 ton truck in the underground parking. I had a bunch of tools in the back for a IT installation job I was in town to complete. Earnest felt genuinely concerned for the wellbeing of our vehicle and my tools. He went out of his way to help me empty the vehicle, and checked all of the items (which was a lot) in the baggage area of the hotel. He then helped to find street parking which was in a safe area, and actually saved us $60 in parking fees. After all of this Earnest then made an amazing dinner suggestion and even provided us with coupons which saved us a great deal on our dinner. As I returned to the hotel each day during my stay Earnest greeted me by name, without reminder. That is a feat in my book as I often can't remember coworkers names whom I interact with daily, for years. My wife and child accompanied me on this business trip. They eventually became visibly stir crazy. The Desk clerk noticed and provided all sorts of coloring books, crafts, games etc for my 4 year old. This without us asking. I did not get her name unfortunately. After our trip we thought we had left some items behind. We called the hotel frantic because the items were irreplicable. The staff (each and every one we spoke to, one of whom named Cindy) were genuinely concerned and eager to help us locate the items. Calling us back to update us with their search regularly, and even offering to ship the items to us immediately once found. Beyond the absolutely impeccable staff the hotel itself is beautiful. If you love pre-war architecture and design it is an absolute gem. It is like a time capsule. Every room has a milk door, and the electrical is all retrofitted because the building clearly predates electricity. AS bonus they have a café, salon, skin care facility, and speakeasy on site. The speakeasy was closed during our stay, but the café was wonderful. We did not try the other services. I will likely stay here on each and every visit to Seattle. It's an absolutely perfect hotel!

I gave a corner room, and the three adults did not feel crowded. The hygiene is very clean, and there are no traces of water stains in the corners of the bathroom! ! Coffee is a Starbucks on the bad street, and a pack of diy popcorn! There is no breakfast at the hotel, but there is a Starbucks next door, and there are also fast food restaurants nearby. Although not in the commercial area, but there are also cvs, high-end supermarkets nearby, buying small things is not a problem! ! The nearby Kerry Park is a great place to watch the sunset, which is a little tired to climb the hillside.

The location is pretty good -- 6 mins walk from the train station. The room is clean and the size is decent. However, it isn't something modern -- still using wall air conditioner/heater. So you will hear a bit noise at night. One thing I really dislike is that I wasn't notified that there was 23.12 USD/night charge on top of what I have paid on trip.com. And to my surprise, 20 USD is for: 1. beer for 1 hour/day (regardless whether one drinks) 2. coffee everyday (regardless whether one drinks) 3. Internet in room -- yes, this is really surprised me. I have stayed in many hotels (probably more than 30) in the states in the past. Almost all came with free wifi. For those requiring a payment, it was clearly stated when connected or notified at check-in. And even more surprised, at checkout, no receipt for this additional fees was generated nor did the customer service mentioned anything about the fees.

Surprisingly well laid out. Comfortable large room, with a very helpful staff. I particularly liked the use of Duvet coverlets, rather than the traditional sheet and blanket. Not being charged for a bottle of water made a very strong and positive impression. Fortunately I didn't have to park a car, which I think is very expensive,.
