I booked the wrong room before I realized that there are two identical hotels in Seattle! Overall, I really like the ones in the south of the lake! Much more convenient! The hall is also much bigger and more comfortable!

Since I was staying over New Year's Eve, it was very noisy during the night. I don't think it's a big deal unless it's a special occasion. The location is great. There was also a coupon for cupcakes. Since it is an apartment, rather than checking in, you can obtain the code number by entering the necessary information (credit card number, etc.) from the QR code.　 Cooking utensils are also available. Although it may seem a little expensive due to its location, it is a recommended hotel.

I was determined to book this hotel for our 20th wedding anniversary trip to Seattle, which is good, because frustrations with the All.com, fairmont.com websites and the Accor ALL app made it a challenge to actually do so. When I finally booked, I put a note on the booking that it was a very special occasion. We arrived by cab. While the four bellmen at the front did help unload the luggage, they also told us we seemed capable of carrying the bags in ourselves. I'm not sure if that's because we didn't arrive in an upscale SUV, or if the hotel just takes a passive approach to greeting guests. The underwhelming continued when we checked in, and I was asked what brought us to Seattle. I reiterated what was on the booking -- very special anniversary, chose to come to the Olympic Hotel to celebrate. ”Oh, congratulations. Elevators are behind you across the lobby.”. As a platinum member, a certain number of perks are granted. We arrived to a plate of bonbons and some fresh fruit. It's the fist hotel I've stayed at that actually did supply fitness gear (per Platinum perks), which was a nice surprise. I was less pleasantly surprised to find no mini-bar in the room, not even an empty fridge. I'd booked the Signature King Corner View, and it had what is likely one of the best views in the hotel. The room was nicely sized, with a desk, sitting chair and ottoman, and the king bed, with windows all around. The bed was super comfortable (as expected!). The bathroom was spacious, but in need of renovation -- at very least, to replace the old, tiny tub/shower and under-pressured, inferior shower fixtures, as well as the tile throughout. It was clean, or at least mostly, and while towels were showing some age, they were still fluffy. Amenities were a bit more limited than other properties, but we knew we could call down for extras if we needed to. Staff in hallways were friendly, and anything left in the hallway seemed to disappear quickly enough (ie room service trays and other detritus). Requests for amenities (pillows, coffee/tea replenishment) were met quickly and graciously. But... the door/bellmen were routinely disinterested -- the number of times we pushed through the main doors while they stood off to the side talking to one another was surprising. (Guests arriving in elegant dresses? Lots of help. In a shiny SUV or luxury car? Loads of reaction. But two 40-somethings dressed casually, but paying plenty to stay at the hotel? Not so much a glance or offer of help.) Housekeeping is rather annoyingly ”on demand only”, but we happily found our room had been serviced on our first day while we were out -- and when we called on subsequent days to request service, the response was gracious -- and the room was always done by the time we returned. Room service (breakfast one morning) was fast and delicious. Service in the lobby bar was friendly and the drinks were delicious. I had the opportunity to stay at Warwick, Seattle for just one night! We landed in Seattle and drove straight to the hotel. The lobby is clean and inviting, with a fire lit in the fireplace. Check in was easy, shortly after arrival to our room a bottle of champagne and chocolate cake was delivered to us! Bonus points after a long day of traveling! The room was clean and in order. The highlight has to be the views of the city - they were absolutely incredible! We sat on the bed drinking champagne while listening and watching the energy of the city below. We only had one day in Seattle, so in the morning we checked out of the hotel. They allowed us to leave out car parked in their garage while we explored the city for the morning! This gave them extra bonus points, it was so nice to not have to deal with finding more parking elsewhere. The hotel was walking distance to cute breakfast cafes and pikes place market! We walked down to the market from the hotel, and have such a lovely morning. I would definitely recommend a stay at Warwick! It is worth the price, and the price is extremely reasonable. With the views offered, you can't beat the price!

The hotel is not far from Seattle Airport, so business trips are still possible, and the rooms and aisles are still quite clean. Although breakfast is American continental but it is very simple. There are no common eggs and early intestines but fruits. Juice, tea, coffee and hot water are provided all day long. The downside is that the free airport shuttle service listed in the service item was cancelled. The reason was that the car broke down. As a result, the Uber taxi cost about $14.

The hotel shuttle is great! We packed our bags and took the shuttle back to the airport to take the subway into town. However, the shuttle bus needs to be reserved in advance. Every half hour to one. The hotel also sells milk tea, my children are very happy. The small fridge in the room was also useful, we kept food from the city. What needs to be reminded is that although the hotel shuttle bus is available 24 hours, you have to call to make an appointment to pick up the bus at the airport. It is suitable for people who can make international long-distance calls. The front desk does not seem to answer every time. So keep playing.

The people at the reception desk were very nice and helpful. The room wasn't fancy, but I was only staying one night. I just needed a place to shower, sleep, and repack my bags. I like that it was close to the airport. There is a 7-11 up the road for a wider variety of snacks.

Due to a flight delay, an airline booked us a hotel stay with Hampton Inn Seattle/Southcenter, who when we arrived, would not honor the booking made by the airline. We contacted Ramada and spoke with Natasha who was very pleasant and had two rooms available for our party. She even applied a discount so that our total bill was close to the $150 allowance provided by the airline. Our stay was very pleasant, room clean and comfortable. The morning staff and shuttle service were also extremely friendly. We recommend this hotel.
