Completely insecure. When we were out for a while, someone else entered the room and left it without closing. When we reached the hotel management, they claimed no one will enter without your permission and they blamed us for leaving it open. When we requested for cctv footage, they denied initially siting permission issues. When we were obsessive, they accepted it was one of their technician who entered the room. We wanted to cancel the stay and get refund, for which they denied.

One of the most worst staff front desk i had seen in my hotel experience. We had paid room payment. Once my guest went to the hotel they were asking him room payment which we paid. Next day morning breakfast was inc. But again mr told him that guest breakfast not inc. I had to sent him written communication then after he agreed. There are 3 ladies and one guy mr at front desk. One day they will be responsible to shut down this hotel due to their communication issue. Apart of apologizing you are giving again excuse that you do not have staff that name and no complaints.
